Undergraduate School and Major: Franklin & Marshall College, Cultural Communications Most Recent Employer and Job Title: BBC Studios, Media Planner, Digital Ad Sales In the second half of the year, you will be completing an Academy devoted to areas like Marketing, Finance, Operations, Digital Enterprises and more. Which Academy interests you the most and why? The Consulting Academy interests me the most as I aim to pivot into this industry. The hands-on projects and personalized coaching will strengthen my business acumen and sharpen the practical frameworks I’ll need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. At the beginning of the school year, you will be completing Me, Inc., where you will engage in reflections and exercises to build your personal brand? In one sentence, describe your personal brand and how will it add value to the classmates and future employers? I am a mission-driven strategist who thrives on collaborative problem-solving to help create meaningful, lasting impact. Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of Indiana Kelley’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? What stood out to me most about Kelley’s MBA program is that leadership isn’t just taught, but fully experienced. The Me, Inc. program exemplifies this by helping students to articulate their personal narrative, clarify career goals, and develop leadership principles before classes even begin. That early, intentional investment in personal and professional growth was a major factor in my decision to choose Kelley. What course, club or activity excites you the most at Indiana Kelley? Participating in the 1Kelley Consulting Project excites me the most because it offers hands-on experience applying classroom frameworks to real business challenges, sharpening my consulting skills while collaborating with diverse teams. Looking at your recruitment, what was the moment when you realized Indiana Kelley was the right program for you? Why? I realized Kelley was the right fit during a conversation with a current student who described the program as “competitive but never cutthroat.” I’m drawn to environments where collaboration drives excellence and with its tight-knit culture, strong consulting pipeline, and personalized support from faculty and career coaches. Kelley felt like the ideal place for me to grow and contribute. What has been your biggest achievement in your career? My biggest career achievement was leading the revamp of BBC’s campaign effectiveness study to strengthen sales and client relationships. The program lacked a clear process for positioning and selling to clients, so I designed a new workflow and guided its implementation. I trained the entire sales, marketing and research teams to adopt the new process, ensuring a seamless transition across the organization. Within six months, the revamped program drove a 50% increase in sales and was adopted as a permanent workflow. This achievement was especially meaningful because it combined strategy, leadership, and execution – aligning teams around a vision and creating lasting impact. © Copyright 2026 Poets & Quants.
