Post-MBA, I aim to holistically intertwine my past experience as a Plant Head and the knowledge gained at the Business School into a career where I join a top-tier aerospace engineering/manufacturing or process engineerings corporation like Lockheed Martin/Airbus/Safran and Exxon/Shell/Schlumberger resp. to learn and understand the long-term plan of the management to shift dependence from conventional energy to self-sustainability besides the business practices, the mindset of multi-billion dollar companies. Gradually, I want to come to the position of leading a large team where we plan, develop, and execute new strategies to tackle future challenges of sustainable development and in the long run, I would like to lead such an organization pioneering in this field. In the end, I would not like to limit the avenues in which I can contribute effectively thereby being open to other organizations whose motivation captivates mine.

Hi, it’s Jennifer Jackson from Stratus Admissions. You have solid stats and great work experience but you’re coming from an over-represented demographic so you really have to stand out to get the attention of admissions committees. I think your background in manufacturing will be really helpful. Aerospace manufacturing isn’t exactly a common career background so I think this “old school” experience in manufacturing will be a real positive for you amid the many people coming from tech, consulting and finance. I suggest you find a way to present your goals in a much crisper way, but they seem like they connect the dots well. I also would suggest finding a way to weave in the musical aspect of your life, since that doesn’t always go …

I suggest you find a way to present your goals in a much crisper way, but they seem like they connect the dots well. I also would suggest finding a way to weave in the musical aspect of your life, since that doesn’t always go with someone who’s a chemical engineer. If you’re great at both of those things, that’s pretty interesting! I think you have a solid shot at these European schools with the good stats and solid work experience. You’re a touch on the young side for these schools so be sure to explain that you need the MBA now to gain the skills to become the leader that you want to be. Good luck!
