I’ve been born and brought up in Mumbai, India. Since college, I was eager in investing in listed markets and startups. That urge and hunger led me to land up my first job in a boutique asset management firm where I invested in public equities and startups. During my free time, I participate in dance classes and shows and read investing books.

Getting on to the buy side post undergrad came with a lot of effort. I landed my first job because of my eagerness, interest, and my knowledge regarding the markets. I was the first employee in the firm that helped build the firm’s verticals and AUM alongside the Partners. Helped build it to $20 Mn AUM involving pitching to investors and investing.
My short-term goal would be to be a part of a larger fund, get to a VP/Principal stage, build the LP network, and do more value-add to portfolio companies. My long-term goal would be to start my own fund.
