Hi Ms. Consulting Finance Love Child! I like a lot of what I am seeing here. Deep international work experience, progressing in your career 2x as fast as your peers (impressive!), and clearly very bright and strong ESL skills coming through in that 760 GMAT score. Deep international work experience, progressing in your career 2x as fast as your peers (impressive!), and clearly very bright and strong ESL skills coming through in that 760 GMAT score. And, you have a respectable GPA from a solid university. One potential vulnerability you’ll want to mitigate in your campaign is potential lack of depth in your extracurriculars. Perhaps there is more meat there than you’ve noted, but it feels more periphery than substantial in your life. Perhaps there are big things you can do that take little time to showcase your compassion/commitment to the community/people around you even before your deadline (especially if R2 2022 or later). The last potential vulnerability I see is simply that your experience and goals are a highly represented and competitive pool of candidates. So, your candidacy will really need to stand out in order to be chosen among the best of the best. With the right self-awareness, storytelling, (presumably) solid LOR from those advocates of yours and potentially a little extra extracurricular work, things will be looking good for you!
