Starting my business was a challenge for me, but I became more independent because of it. Initially, I started my business for solely monetary gain, but the experience has been humbling. I faced many oppositions that made me want to quit, such as the lack of support from my family and mainly lack of funds. I was able to start it with no money by doing pre-orders. I did that for a couple of months and worked diligently to have inventory. This business journey has been a trial and error process, since I didn’t have any guidance. Despite it all, I was able to start and run my business at the age of 16.
I believe obtaining an MBA can guide me through my entrepreneurship journey and allow me to explore my interest in starting my own real estate investment company.
