Recent graduates and experienced leaders will be able to find an MBA program to suit their needs at Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business. Founded in 1977 and named after George L. Argyros, a Chapman alum and former U.S. ambassador to Spain, the school has an award-winning faculty and a number of MBA options, including a dual-degree MBA/MFA in film and television producing and an full MBA program in Prague. The school, based in Orange County, California, is home to a number of research centers and independent research institutes, offering MBA students access to thought leaders in economics, finance, and international business.

The full-time MBA program is designed for recent graduates and early-career applicants who are looking for a solid foundation in business management to launch their careers. A required professional development program is integrated into the program, which can take anywhere from 16 to 21 months to complete depending on the number of courses students take each semester. Students have opportunities to pursue leadership roles in the Chapman Graduate Business Association, Argyros Ambassador, and Women in Business programs, all of which connect students to community and national business leaders and allow students to develop skills and build a their network.

Argyros offers eight areas of specialization, including one in entertainment and media management. Students can also pursue dual degrees in film and television producing, law, or food science in partnership with other Chapman University departments. The Prague MBA offers students the opportunity to live and work in the heart of the Czech Republic while studying at the Anglo-American University. Students who can’t live abroad for 17 months can opt into travel study programs in Prague, Scandinavia, or South America. The school rounds out its MBA offerings with executive, accelerated, and part-time programs.

Chapman University also houses the Escalette Permanent Collection of Art and the Hilbert Museum of California Art. According to the school’s website, “Art is an integral part of the education process at Chapman University. We take pride in giving our students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to spend their days at Chapman surrounded by beautiful and inspirational works of art as they learn, discover, and grow.”
