About the Program
The MSIRE is an accelerated degree program of high-level investment real estate transaction focus—along with an international scope. The program provides real-world knowledge in the areas of valuation, investment analysis and performance measurement, corporate asset management, financing techniques, law, technology, and accounting. MSIRE graduates also earn substantial course credits towards various industry designations and licenses.
Program Format and Schedule
FIU’s MSIRE degree can be completed in 10 to 12 months. Classes can be taken:
• Fully online or
• At FIU Downtown on Brickell – the heart of Miami’s financial district – where classes are held two evenings per week with live streaming and on-demand recordings.
