About the Program

This STEM-designated MS Business Analytics degree helps students gain an in-depth understanding of how to generate, capture and analyze data sets while developing communication skills to deliver analysis to decision-makers. Graduates are equipped to become analytics experts who can implement innovative business models, ultimately increasing revenue by helping senior leadership make smarter decisions faster. Offered both in-person and online, this program can be completed remotely.

Program Format and Schedule

This 33 credit, 10-month program offers four core courses and several elective options including Quantitative Methods, Advanced Data Analytics, Fundamentals of Data Communication, Customer Analytics and more.

Customize your MS in Business Analytics with a focused track to get closer to your long-term professional vision. Business Analytics graduate students choose one of three specialized tracks:

In the Marketing Analytics track, you’ll learn how to find, create and analyze data to support modern marketing activities.

The Decision Science track is for those with significant mathematics preparation and who wish to broaden and apply their skills across a wide-range of business applications.

The Security Analytics track prepares you to apply analytics to the field of information security where you can make major impacts leading the detection and prevention of data theft.

Online students have up to 4 years to complete the program requirements. We enjoy a 95%+ graduation rate and place 90%+ of our graduates within 90 days of graduation in such positions as Business Analyst, Data Strategist, Marketing Analyst and more.
