About the Program

The MS in Business & Analytics (MSB&A) program provides students the analytical tools and skills that are sought after by organizations of all kinds. The curriculum covers the foundations of business management as well as data management, data mining, and business intelligence. The MSB&A has achieved classification as a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) program.

Program Format and Schedule

Isenberg’s MSB&A program offers on-campus and online study options, all with the same industry-leading expert instructors and 10-course, 31-credit core curriculum. No pre-requisites are necessary and GRE/GMAT waivers may apply.

The Isenberg On-Campus MSB&A is a one-year accelerated program offered at the University of Massachusetts flagship campus in Amherst (summer or fall start) or at UMass Amherst’s Newton campus, 10 miles outside of Boston (summer start).

The Isenberg’s Online MSB&A program offers the flexibility you need to fit your life. As an Online MSB&A student, you can work at your own pace, taking as few as three credits (one course) or up to four years to complete your degree. And, if you start your degree online in the summer, you have the option of joining an on-campus cohort in Amherst or Newton in the fall.
