Description: The digital realm is transforming relationships between brands and consumers. In this course, you’ll learn the latest trends and best practices for digital marketing. In particular, you’ll understand how this give-and-take is impacting consumer behavior and how organizations are changing to better connect with customers. You’ll also learn how to build relationships and generate additional revenue from the data you generate. With data comes privacy – and this course will also cover how to protect those assets. Taught through videos, readings, exercise, and student interaction, it concludes with a short video presentation reflection from students.
