Credentials: Ebner is an Associate Professor of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Creighton University’s School of Law. Originally an attorney, he transitioned over to mediation and negotiation, covering marital, business, and employment disputes. Along with conducting corporate training and training mediators for Israeli courts, Ebner is an author who recently publishing a book on teaching negotiation: Assessing Our Students, Assessing Ourselves. The course is being taught through Creighton’s Werner Institute, which offers on-site and online graduate degrees in negotiation and dispute resolution.
