You were selected from a large and exceptional group of applicants based on your impressive academic, career and personal accomplishments. I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you. Toward the end of January, you will receive your admission to UCLA Anderson binder and a hard copy of your admission letter. As you review these materials please pay special note to the NEXT STEPS section which lists a series of action items. Many exciting activities await you as a newly admitted student, beginning with Anderson Days. Soon you will receive an invitation to participate in this event which brings newly admitted students together with students, alumni and staff. Please note that there are some required Pre-Term Activities, including the Leadership Foundation Course and Orientation. These activities commence September 15 and conclude on September 25. We will also offer several academic workshops to be held during the week of September 8. We would strongly encourage you to make plans to be settled in Los Angeles by September 1. For international students whose native language is not English, we recommend a special three-week program that will be offered in mid-August. UCLA Anderson is a great place to learn, explore and develop your leadership potential. Earning an MBA from UCLA Anderson is a transformational experience.
