Description: This course provides strategies that startups can use to grow their operation, turn a profit, and gain a competitive advantage. Teaching through case studies, video lectures, and PowerPoints, Thomas focuses on how businesses can sustain long-term success, including how to measure key indices, differentiate their organization, and manage marketplace disruptions. Most important, students will learn which factors facilitate long-term success. To evaluate students, Thomas will use peer-reviewed writing assignments and quizzes.
