Aside from your classmates, what was the key programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? CEIBS mission is to cultivate future responsible leaders with China depth and global breadth, which stands out for its uniqueness amongst all MBA schools.

What course, club or activity excites you the most? The Student Ambassador programme. I am excited to give back to CEIBS and cultivate a sense of community amongst the ambassadors as well as potential MBA prospects.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Starting up my own company, which is a United Nations Level I Translation vendor and member of the Translators’ Association of China. We have participated in the United Nations’ Women Enterprise Training for two consecutive years, and 90% of our employees are female.

What is one thing you have recently read, watched, or listened to that you would highly recommend to prospective MBAs? Why? Prospective MBAs, when they are choosing their ideal school, have to know where the future of the world is heading as well as where they are going to work in the future – this is a precondition.

Another very important aspect is to have a thorough view towards the world’s economic growth and China’s government policy because these are the future trends. I consider it important, not only for your interview, but also, as MBA students we need to have the ability to think in a macro way and a micro way.

What advice would you give to help potential applicants gain admission into your school’s MBA program? Be candid and open-minded. Be willing to talk with the admissions team more often because they are more than willing to help. Trust them but make sure you work hard at the same time to act on their feedback. Learn your shortcomings and make up for them. Fully play up your strengths and always have a willing-to-learn attitude. Remember, you are here to share and contribute.
