We will provide a contemporary definition of leadership for discussion with your peers and highlight the key competencies that leaders can develop to succeed in today’s business environment. In this interactive session, we will also advance the notion that effective leadership starts with the self. We will look at the science of self-awareness and underscore its foundational importance for your leadership development.
