Working with Rajdeep during my MBA application process was a great experience. He helped me identify what admissions committees value and guided me in aligning my essays, story, and resume accordingly.
Our discussions around school selection and fit were thoughtful and strategic, ensuring I applied to programs that matched both my aspirations and strengths.
Despite my demanding job at the time, Rajdeep made the process efficient and collaborative. He was structured and focused, ensuring that every interaction moved me closer to my goals.
His support extended beyond applications, his preparation for interviews was particularly impactful and gave me the confidence to perform at my best level.
Ultimately, I was admitted to MIT, and Rajdeep’s guidance was critical and truly made a difference. I’m grateful for his support and would highly recommend him. He is one of the best at what he does.
Working with Rajdeep from Admissions Gateway was one of the best decisions I made during my business school application journey. I still vividly remember the value he added to the process. He helped me step back and look at my profile with fresh eyes, identifying the strengths and experiences that would resonate most with admissions committees. More importantly, he taught me how to transform those anecdotes into a compelling, cohesive story.
From structuring my overall application strategy to refining essays and preparing for interviews, his guidance was instrumental in building my confidence and helping me present my best self. The support I received went far beyond editing words on a page — it was about shaping a narrative that was true to who I am, yet tailored to what top business schools are looking for. Thanks to his help, I was fortunate to receive multiple admission offers.
Looking back, I can say without hesitation that Admissions Gateway played a key role in my success. I would highly recommend them to anyone serious about giving themselves the best chance in the highly competitive business school admissions process.
11/10 for Rajdeep! Overall, loved his structured and genuine approach. His inputs always made a lot of sense and were backed by solid logic. He ensured we were always on the same page about my application. He was available always – be it late night or early morning.
The pillar-based approach is so unique, and in hindsight, makes the resume so strong and readable – absolutely loved it and will follow it even for job interviews!
Rajdeep was quite prescriptive here – this is where our thought process differed the most. But at the end of the day, his input had solid logic that was hard to contend and I happily took his inputs for goals too. In hindsight, glad I did!
I had some directional stories in mind, but Rajdeep was extremely helpful in selecting the best story and refining it to perfection. I saw how unforgiving Rajdeep was with subpar essays – he would ensure I iterated till both of us were happy with the version (I was happy way before he was. I truly think his push got me to a 120% version of my essay.
I really liked that Rajdeep had an exhaustive list of questions available to him which was quite helpful in interview preparation. He also provided unlimited mocks unlike other consultants which was great.
Always very reachable, <6 hour TAT on any questions on text, any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend and always reachable on call – really appreciated this given how stressful the process can be!
Working with Rajdeep was truly a game-changer for my MBA applications. I came into the process fairly anxious and quite clueless, without having done much research. From the very beginning, Rajdeep’s structured approach and strategy calls gave me clarity and direction. He broke the process down into every component, starting from my resume, to crafting essays, and finally to interview preparation. His insights were not only extremely practical but also tailored to my profile, which made a huge difference.
Even when I was waitlisted, Rajdeep guided me with a clear strategy that proved invaluable. His deep knowledge, steady support, and well-thought-out process kept me on track at every stage. Ultimately, I received an admit from CBS, and I truly believe this positive outcome was a direct result of Rajdeep ’s mentorship and expertise.
I would highly recommend AG if you want a partner who not only knows the process inside out but also knows how to bring out the best in you.
Aparna was extremely professional from day 1 and at the same, she was able to help bring out my stories which made an impact yet remained completely mine. Her approach to applications is extremely methodical and meticulous. She pushed me to keep improving my applications even when I thought we didn’t need to – which helped me get better scholarships. At a point when I was out of ideas, she helped brainstorm new stories and how they can be included in interviews. Would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.
Back in 2022, when I began applying to business schools, I was confused about which admissions consultant to go ahead with. Rajdeep’s name kept coming up repeatedly during my conversations with mentors and colleagues, currently at top business schools. The sheer consistency with which his name was recommended gave me the confidence to work with him, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.
Two things stood out for me in his process. The first was the application and storytelling method. Having worked with numerous successful candidates in the past, Rajdeep has undoubtedly cracked the code for essay structures and mental models that different schools require.
He definitely has a pulse on what the admissions team wants to hear from prospective students. That gave me a good structure to start thinking and putting my story together. Having said that, the mental models and essay structures did not make the process rigid.
I would still have multiple healthy discussions, debates, and brainstorming sessions with him on how I want to present my authentic story on paper. Having a healthy balance of structure and creativity definitely helped me put together a strong story.
Second, the accountability and ownership that he takes in the process. There were multiple times when I was demotivated or missed internal deadlines, but Rajdeep kept me accountable. He was very invested in my process, which kept me motivated because it is a long journey.
I applied to five business schools in Round 2, which happens to be during the Christmas and New Year holiday season. Despite that, his turnaround time for edits, comments, reviews, and answering my questions was very quick. I never once felt left behind; instead, I felt consistently supported, heard, and inspired.
Looking back, I can confidently say that Rajdeep made a huge difference in my MBA journey. For anyone feeling uncertain about which consultant to work with, I would wholeheartedly recommend Rajdeep. You will not regret it.
Having Aparna as my mentor and cheerleader made all the difference to me as a reapplicant – converted Wharton, Kellogg and Stern!!
I’ve known Aparna since 2020, and honestly, I can’t overstate how incredible she’s been—both as a consultant and as a person. I started working with her around April or May 2020, and right from the beginning, her rigor and structure stood out. Aparna was the only person I worked with during my MBA applications. I ended up applying to six schools, and she was my guiding light throughout the process.
What struck me early on was how methodical and thorough she is. Before we even got to writing essays, we spent a lot of time on intake sessions where she dug deep into my story and background. I come from an HR/People background, not the typical B-school profile, and she put in serious work to understand my journey and figure out how to best position it. I know others who’ve worked with consultants, and I can confidently say Aparna’s process is far more structured and in-depth than what I’ve seen elsewhere.
We started with three schools in Round 1: Columbia, Kellogg, and Stern. At the time, I was switching jobs and juggling a lot personally, and Aparna was just incredible about keeping everything on track. She was religiously organized, making sure we had time for at least 3–4 thorough reviews for each application. I remember vividly the night before my Kellogg and Stern applications were due, both on September 15. I was at my sister’s graduation, and Aparna was on call with me, going through every line of every essay, every extracurricular detail. She had already done more than her share, but she was still reviewing everything again to ensure not a single piece fell through the cracks. That level of ownership, treating your goals like her own, is rare.
Even during the interview prep, she was there every step of the way. She helped me prepare detailed guides, ran multiple mock interviews, and fine-tuned every answer until I felt completely confident. It’s incredible how she manages to give that kind of attention to every candidate she works with, always smiling, always encouraging, always there.
I got interview calls from Kellogg and Stern (even though I didn’t make it to Columbia), and converted both. And again, a big part of that was thanks to Aparna’s prep and constant support.
For Round 2, we had planned to apply to Wharton and Booth since I was a reapplicant to both. But I also wanted to take a shot at Harvard, and even though we’d only discussed five schools originally, Aparna jumped right in and helped me with a sixth. The time between Round 1 and Round 2 is so short, and she was working with other candidates too, but she never let that show. She treated it like it was her own deadline and gave it everything.
As a reapplicant, it was even tougher. But Aparna sat down with me, reviewed my earlier applications in detail, and helped me craft a much stronger narrative this time around. We managed to turn around three strong applications by the first week of January. And then on Valentine’s Day, Feb 14, I remember getting my interview call from Wharton. That was one of the happiest moments of my life.
Aparna was so excited, and she told me I had to convert this. She pushed me to give it everything, and again, ran multiple mock interviews. Wharton has a Team-Based Discussion format followed by an individual interview, and she made sure I did multiple mock TBDs with the larger Admissions Gateway community interviewees and was prepared for every possible scenario.
Every school where I got an interview, I converted. I got into Kellogg, Stern, and Wharton. And I owe so much of that to Aparna. I don’t think I would’ve had a single admit without her. She’s thoughtful, she’s committed, and she genuinely cares.
I eventually joined Wharton (Class of 2024), and now I’m working at BCG. But even now, four years later, I still remember the level of effort, empathy, and dedication Aparna brought to every step of the journey. I got incredibly lucky to have her by my side.
Working with Aparna was the turning point in my MBA journey. Coming in as a re-applicant after unsuccessful attempts. I knew I needed to rethink my entire approach. Aparna immediately brought both structure and perspective to the process. She helped me identify the gaps in my earlier applications and guided me in building a stronger, more balanced school strategy this time around.
What stood out was her relentless attention to detail and willingness to iterate infinitely. Whether it was refining my essays, strengthening my resume, or weaving in elements of my personal life outside of work, she constantly pushed me to present a more holistic version of myself. Even when Round 1 didn’t go as planned, Aparna never let me lose momentum. She helped me re-strategize for Round 2 with clarity and conviction, ensuring that every piece of the application reflected growth and depth.
The result was my admit to NYU Stern, something I am incredibly proud of given where I started. Beyond the admit itself, what I value most is how Aparna challenged me to reflect deeply, to bring authenticity into my essays, and to stay resilient throughout the process. She was not just a consultant but a true partner who believed in my potential and invested wholeheartedly in my success.
Getting into HBS is a dream come true for me, and it honestly feel quite surreal. While working on the applications, you do think of it as a reality but the acceptance into of the best business school in the world, it’s quite a special feeling.
I had considered pursuing my undergraduate degree abroad but but ended up not going ahead, so pursuing an MBA in the US was something I was really looking forward to. When I joined Abbott, I knew that people here tend to apply for business schools. When I connected with seniors, all three of them were working with Rajdeep and shared excellent feedback.
So when my time came to start working on the applications, I reached out to Rajdeep along with couple of other folks as well. But I felt the clarity of thought that Rajdeep had was something which I particularly liked. So I decided to go ahead with working with Rajdeep and I think it has been the correct decision.
Rajdeep’s approach to the resume was really unique where we built pillars and created different segments for the diverse experiences I had, which was quite different than a typical career-oriented resumes. Rajdeep’s approach of focusing a lot more on the impact, and the format truly added a lot of value.
However, I think the true delta you gain from working with Rajdeep is on the essay side. Right from brainstorming stories, walkthrough of samples, essay analysis and step-by-step breakdown, Rajdeep really painted a picture of what needs to be done.
His focus on the content and not the length or the grammar or how the essay should look, cut out all the fluff and really pushed me to focus on the core of the essay. He keeps pushing you until you truly nail down the core aspect of the essay. So this approach of breaking it down really helped me and the iterative process helped me refine my essays progressively.
The interview prep was the most interesting aspect of the entire process because if you think about it, GMAT is something that you can rewrite. You get eight attempts. So I didn’t feel any performance pressure. Essays, as I mentioned, it’s a reiterative process. Unless you are happy with the essay, you don’t submit it. So again, there’s no performance pressure.
The interview is the only part of the entire application process where you feel the performance pressure. Because one day, one chance. For some unfortunate reason, you don’t do well on that day, then it’s all gone to waste. So I took a lot of stress about the interviews for one month. However, Rajdeep really helped me understand the questions, the expectation, and what I needed to do to prepare.
One of the most important aspects that I needed to nail down for the HBS interview was I tend to be long winded while sharing stories. And he really helped me understand how I needed to package all that information in crisp, concise and yet detailed answers. So, this was a really grueling process, but I think I did perform well, since Harvard and Wharton both extended me an seat in their MBA cohort.
I’m incredibly grateful to Rajdeep for his guidance throughout my MBA application journey. With his support, I was admitted to Chicago Booth, one of my top two target schools.
Rajdeep’s deep knowledge of the admissions process and understanding of what Booth looks for in candidates was invaluable. He helped me craft a compelling story that was both authentic and tailored to the school, while also guiding me to highlight the right aspects of my background and experiences to strengthen my application.
The level of insight, attention to detail, and personalized support I received made a huge difference in my applications. Can’t thank him enough for the support in helping me do well in my admissions journey.
Looking back, one of the most rewarding choices I made during my MBA journey was partnering with Rajdeep. The MBA application process can often feel overwhelming, navigating through self-reflection, endless drafts, competing deadlines, and the uncertainty of how best to present your story. Rajdeep brought not only structure but also a calming presence to this journey. From day one, he helped me break down things into clear, manageable steps. His strategic thinking ensured that I never lost sight of the bigger picture, why I was doing this, and how my goals connected to my experiences, while his eye for detail made sure that every word, every line, and every theme in my essays carried weight and clarity. What truly stood out was Rajdeep’s approach to mentorship. He never imposed answers; instead, he asked probing, sometimes uncomfortable questions that pushed me to reflect on my motivations at a much deeper level than I had before. Through that process, I not only built stronger applications but also gained a clearer understanding of myself and the direction I wanted my career to take. He always made space for vulnerability, whether it was about doubts on my profile or moments of fatigue during the lengthy process. In those moments, Rajdeep’s encouragement and grounded advice kept me going. I was also struck by his ability to balance rigor with empathy. There were times when I needed tough feedback, and he delivered it with honesty and precision. Yet, there were also times when I simply needed reassurance, and he instinctively was there. That balance is rare, and it made the entire process not just about getting into business school but about personal growth. Eventually, I received multiple admits, including from ISB with a 50% merit scholarship and Ross. I’m incredibly glad that I chose to work with Admissions Gateway, and I cannot imagine this journey without Rajdeep as my mentor.
The Admissions Gateway process was structured and focused on building authentic, impactful storytelling tailored to each school. What stood out to me was Mudit and team’s deep understanding of the unique culture and values of both Wharton and Kellogg. Instead of giving generic advice, they encouraged me to personalize every essay, resume bullet, and interview response. This school-specific approach made my application materials feel genuine and aligned with what each program looks for.
From our very first conversation, it was clear that Mudit takes a thoughtful, holistic approach. He spent time understanding my background, experiences, and aspirations in detail. He made it a point to connect and converse with me with an outlook that aligned to mine rather that bucketing me in a category and providing generic advise. He not only highlighted my strengths but also pointed out the gaps and areas where my narrative lacked clarity. His honest and strategic feedback helped reset my expectations and refocus my efforts on what truly mattered.
What I appreciated most was Mudit and team’s balance of rigorous preparation and empathetic support. Preparing for MBA interviews, especially for competitive programs like Wharton and Kellogg, can be stressful. Their guidance through mock interviews, detailed feedback sessions, and practical advice helped me stay focused, calm and most importantly cheerful. Mudit’s insights into Wharton’s team-based discussion format were especially helpful, giving me more confidence during the interview.
In the end, I was fortunate to receive admits from both Wharton and Kellogg. Beyond the results, what I value most is the shift in perspective and the mentorship I received throughout the process. The journey felt manageable and even enjoyable because I had the right support. For anyone aiming for top-tier MBA programs with clarity and confidence, I believe working with Mudit and team is a decision worth making.
I had reached out to Nisha three years ago during my final year of undergraduate studies for future guidance on a successful pivot to an MBA, coming from a non-traditional background. Her constant guidance not only guided me through my post-undergraduate career but eventually led me to my dream school, which offered a $60,000 scholarship.
When I joined Admissions Gateway, I had just a few weeks left before my application deadlines. I had only recently gotten my GMAT out of the way, and the stress of putting together strong applications in such a short span was overwhelming. But working with Mudit changed the entire experience for me. From day one, his guidance was comprehensive, covering every aspect of the process, from school selection and application strategy to essays, recommendations, and even the finer details of each component. What I valued most was that his support didn’t stop once the applications were submitted. He helped me weigh my admits, think through which school would be the best fit for me, and even went out of his way to help me and my family understand financing options. That personal touch meant a lot. One of my biggest challenges I faced was having spent six years of my career in the fintech sector at a single organization. I was unsure how to position my journey, what the next step should look like, and how to align my goals with the right geographies and schools. Mudit helped me find clarity and strike the right balance between ambition, fit, and reachability. Even though I was applying in later rounds, we crafted a strong story that resonated with 4 schools. The results speak for themselves: I was admitted to Oxford, ESADE, IESE with €25k leaders from emerging markets, and ISB. For someone who started this process feeling pressed for time and overwhelmed, this outcome still feels surreal. I am deeply grateful to Mudit for not just helping me achieve my MBA dreams but for making the journey so much more manageable, strategic, and personal.
When I started my MBA journey, I knew the odds were stacked against me. Coming from an unconventional healthcare background and with a 324 on the GRE, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stand out in such a competitive pool of applicants. Rajdeep’s mentorship was the turning point in my application journey.
Rajdeep’s strategy calls were truly game-changing. What could have been a chaotic, overwhelming process suddenly became structured and purposeful. Each call pushed me to pause and reflect, to go beyond surface-level answers and instead dive into what truly defined me, my motivations, and my impact. He helped me understand the nuance of every essay prompt and how to communicate my story in a way that was authentic yet strategic. For someone like me, coming from a non-traditional background, this process was invaluable. It gave me the confidence that my story mattered and could resonate with the admissions committee.
Rajdeep also has an unparalleled grasp of what HBS specifically looks for in candidates. This became particularly clear during the interview stage. His guidance not only prepared me for the mechanics of the interview but also helped me develop the right mindset to approach it with clarity, conviction, and authenticity.
The results speak for themselves: I was admitted to both HBS and LBS. More than the admits, though, I am grateful for the transformation this process enabled in me. I emerged more self-aware, more articulate about my journey, and better equipped to take on the next chapter of my life.
My dream came true when I received an acceptance from The Wharton School. I have had an excellent experience with the Admissions Gateway team. I had 10+ years of work experience and decided to pursue an executive MBA. I knew it would be challenging to again go through the collegiate application process after so many years of working. However, the team at Admissions Gateway exactly understood that I was a working executive with other responsibilities. And because of that, my time would be limited. The AG team gave me a structured plan, detailed inputs and were always available for me. They were able to accommodate my work schedule by agreeing to meet when I was available. The turnaround speed from the team was exceptional. The AG team was never the bottleneck in my application process – they made sure I stuck to the plan. They also helped me with the interview process. Wharton was a dream school for me and because of AG, I can proudly say that I got into my dream school.
I’ll be honest, when I started this whole thing, the MBA + MPA dream felt huge. Too huge, maybe. I’d look at the schools I wanted and think, surely they’re looking for someone else. Someone cleaner, more traditional, more obvious.
My path wasn’t linear. I’d done things I cared deeply about, but they were all over the place. On paper, it looked like three or four different lives smashed together. And I didn’t know how to talk about it without feeling like I was apologizing for it.
Then I met Shabri. And instead of politely nodding at my story, she leaned in. She started pulling at threads I didn’t even know were there. She made me stop skimming over the things I thought didn’t matter and helped me see they were actually the heart of why I was even applying.
Working with her wasn’t just swapping drafts and ticking boxes. It was exhausting at times, but in a good way like we were both in the ring fighting for my story to come out the right way.
The wild part? Somewhere in the middle of it all, I stopped feeling like I was pretending. By the time interviews came, I wasn’t trying to sound like an ideal candidate anymore. I was just me. And that felt enough.
When the admits came, M7s, my dream MPA program, scholarships, I was obviously thrilled. But the bigger thing for me was this quiet pride. Like, yeah, that’s me. All of me!!
If your path doesn’t look like everyone else’s, if you’re aiming for something big and you’re not sure you’ve earned it, Shabri will walk in, sit next to you in the doubt, and not leave until you can see what she’s been seeing all along.
I started working with Shabri because of her outstanding reviews, and she more than exceeded every expectation. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise that is invaluable in making the right strategic calls on your MBA applications — from school selection, to crafting the right story, to providing nuanced, school-specific insights.
Beyond strategy, Shabri adds immense value in building a strong application itself. Whether it’s refining the resume, shaping compelling essays, or preparing thoroughly for interviews, her guidance is consistently thoughtful and effective.
Most importantly, the MBA application process can be overwhelming — and with a demanding work schedule, it certainly was for me. Shabri was there every step of the way: motivating, encouraging, and tailoring her approach to what worked best for me. Whether through calls, detailed offline reviews, or accommodating my schedule, she remained flexible, approachable, and fully invested in my success.
Her support and presence were absolutely critical throughout my MBA journey, and I could not have asked for a better partner in the process.
Before working with Shabri, I had already applied to top U.S. business schools twice and hadn’t had much luck. As an Indian IT engineer from a really competitive applicant pool, I wasn’t even sure if trying a third time made sense. A friend recommended I speak with her, and I’m so glad I did.
Right from the start, what stood out was how proactive and invested she was. I had worked with Personal MBA Coach and another local Indian admissions firm before, and both felt very cookie-cutter. With PMC especially, there was so much inertia around making edits. After two drafts, I was told I wouldn’t get any more time with my consultant and that my essay would just be sent to a storyteller to polish up without even knowing my full story. It felt disconnected and impersonal.
With Shabri, it was completely different. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and helped me see the strategic value in work I had always thought of as just my day-to-day. Because she came from startup land herself, it was effortless to explain my life to her. We connected over the chaos and challenges startups face, and that made the whole process so much smoother. Her storytelling ability is incredible and she helped me craft narratives that actually felt like me, not something manufactured.
She also put in a staggering amount of work. I still have 18 or more drafts per school sitting in my Drive, and I am sure she iterated even more on her end. There were no arbitrary limits, no shortcuts. I would wake up to messages from her with feedback at odd hours, and I know she was working late nights and weekends too. She cares a ton about getting your essays right, and when I spoke to friends who had worked with her, they all said the same thing. There were so many nights when I was drained from 15-hour startup days, ready to give up on yet another essay draft, but I would remind myself how much heart and soul she was putting in, which allowed me to push through.
In the end, I got admits from five out of seven schools, including Harvard Business School, with a full scholarship. Honestly, I wouldn’t have made it without her. And beyond the admits, she introduced me to several people she had helped in earlier rounds. By the time I stepped onto the HBS campus, I already knew more than ten people in my class because of her, many of whom are now some of my closest friends.
Looking back, working with Shabri was one of the best decisions I made. She treats your application like her own, and that makes all the difference.
When I first decided to apply to business schools, I was told to not target anything under T10. While I was confident of my chances, those discouraging words definitely took me back. A lot of consultants were doubtful about my distinct career trajectory. Aparna gave me the confidence to go for my targets. Despite having a 80hr work week, Aparna used to make me stay on track with everything and she used to never hesitate in pushing me to get the best of the out comes. When my R1 results did not go as planned, she still didn’t doubt my candidature, and motivated me to shoot for schools I wouldn’t have personally applied for. Even more than a counsellor, she’s has been a mentor who always pushed me to deliver the best that I can. She never hesitated to go beyond her responsibilities and help me with my applications that are not included in the package. She’s definitely the right person to travel this bumpy journey with.
From the very beginning, Mudit has been a constant pillar of support, always available and always willing to go the extra mile no matter how busy things got. I never felt like I was going through the process alone. One of the most enjoyable and impactful aspects of starting my journey with AG was the series of workshops they introduced me to. These sessions not only gave me a clear understanding of what top schools are looking for but also laid a rock-solid foundation for everything that followed in my applications.
What stood out to me was their deep involvement at every stage, from the earliest brainstorming sessions to refining my essays, guiding me through school research, and conducting rigorous interview prep. They didn’t just provide advice; they invested in my story, ensuring that I put my best self forward. That dedication paid off — I was admitted to Wharton, Kellogg, CBS and even secured a waitlist spot from GSB which i couldn’t imagine without their support.
And the support did not end with the admit. Even after securing my place, Mudit continued to check in, answer questions, and share insights to help me prepare for the next chapter. Their dedication, accessibility, and genuine care make them stand apart. Working with Mudit was not just a consulting engagement, it felt like having trusted mentors and champions in my corner throughout one of the most important journeys of my life.
Aparna brought immense clarity, structure, and deep expertise to my MBA application journey. Having worked with numerous applicants across top schools, she has a strong grasp of what each program values and how to strategically position a candidate. That level of insight gave me the confidence to trust her process entirely—she helped cut through the noise and focus on what really mattered.
Where she stood out most was in helping me refine and elevate my stories. My goals and general direction were clear, but Aparna pushed me to examine my experiences from different angles—highlighting nuances, drawing out learnings, and making sure each story directly aligned with my goals and the school’s ethos. This wasn’t about completely reinventing my story—it was about adding depth, coherence, and sharpness. She never rushed the process, even when we went over standard timelines. Her priority was always the quality of the output.
Given my demanding consulting role at McKinsey—often working 14–16 hour days—Aparna made the process incredibly efficient. We had focused one-hour brainstorming sessions whenever I could spare time, and she streamlined my workload to ensure I only spent energy where it was truly needed. Her support helped me manage a high-stakes process alongside a heavy job.
Beyond standard Admissions Gateway resources, Aparna also offered personal support that went above and beyond. When I struggled to connect with alumni from LBS and Booth, she leveraged her own network—people she had worked with in previous cycles—to help me have those important conversations. This saved me hours and allowed me to make more informed decisions during the application process.
In terms of application components, the most critical areas for me were essays, and interviews. With ~10 years of experience, it was essential to present achievements that reflected both depth and seniority—without overstating. Aparna helped strike that balance, ensuring the LORs and essays conveyed strong EQ, maturity, and leadership while staying grounded and authentic.
Interviews were another area where she made a big difference. Coming from a highly technical, engineering-heavy background, I had never spoken about softer elements like leadership style, diversity experiences, or personal growth. Aparna worked with me through four to five mock sessions—far more than the usual two or three—to help me build fluency in these topics and bring my personality forward with confidence. Her guidance significantly elevated my performance helping me land an admit from Tuck.
Looking back, I can confidently say that Aparna was more than just a consultant—she was a partner in the truest sense.
I came into the MBA application process with a relatively low GRE score, but full trust in the Admissions Gateway team—largely because my brother had worked with them previously and had a fantastic experience. That trust only deepened over time. Right from the start, Mudit and the team were incredibly strategic and thoughtful in their guidance. They recommended a balanced school list, yet never once discouraged me from aiming high. They understood my aspirations and helped me pursue them confidently, including applying to some of the most competitive programs. One of those was Haas. Not only did I secure an interview call, but the interview prep I received was absolutely top-notch. It wasn’t just about generic questions—it was detailed, personalized, and actionable. They spent time understanding every aspect of my profile and helped me present my story in the most compelling way possible. Eventually, I received an admit from Haas. Given where I started, it still feels surreal. I truly believe this outcome wouldn’t have been possible without Admissions Gateway’s support. Their approach is deeply student-centric—they’re invested, insightful, and committed to pushing applicants toward their full potential.
When I first connected with Mudit, our conversation went far beyond the usual surface-level profile review. He spent time understanding my story, strengths, and ambitions, and then gave me an honest assessment of where I stood. That clarity set the tone for everything that followed.
From the very beginning, the AG process with Mudit and team felt purposeful. Every step had direction, from the early groundwork to the school-specific strategies that showed me exactly how to position myself for Booth. The advice was precise, actionable, and grounded in a real understanding of what the school values.
Mudit leaned in fully, reviewing every detail with care and keeping my motivation high when my own confidence wavered. That extra push was what turned things around, and it’s what ultimately got me to Booth.
Looking back, the admit is a milestone I am proud of, but the persistence, mentorship, and belief Mudit and team brought to the journey matter even more.
Working with Mudit was one of the best decisions I made during my MBA journey. His workshops were thoughtfully designed, giving me clarity on how to approach my applications strategically and structure my overall narrative. The one-on-one sessions were invaluable in refining my content, ensuring my essays and resume highlighted my story in an authentic and impactful way. Even when I struggled with the GMAT, Mudit was incredibly proactive in helping me find the right resources and support, which kept me motivated during a challenging phase. What truly stood out, however, was his continued involvement even after my admission—guiding me through pre-MBA decisions and preparing for the next phase. His mentorship extended far beyond admissions, and I am deeply grateful.
My MBA application journey had fair share of challenges. Balancing the demands of work with the rigor of the application process could be intense, and there were definitely moments where things felt overwhelming. It made a huge difference to have Rajdeep’s guidance in my corner, guiding and supporting me throughout. The AG process he guided me through was methodical and detail-oriented, but what truly stood out was how Rajdeep adapted it to my pace and state of mind. He knew exactly when to encourage me to push harder and when it was better to steady me so I could keep moving forward. The school-specific insights and the effort Rajdeep and his team put into my Tuck application went well beyond my expectations. They never held back, and their persistence kept me accountable whenever my motivation dipped. I am grateful for the way Rajdeep and the team helped me stay consistent and navigate every stage of the process. More than just an admissions consultant, Rajdeep truly was a partner throughout this journey.
Getting into Ross with a $120,000 scholarship, Haas & Yale with 40K each was beyond what I imagined when I started this process. Nisha played a key role in making that possible. What I valued most was how she pushed me to think deeper about my own journey rather than just polishing essays on the surface.
She had a way of making me face the tough questions about my goals, my story, and why a school would care. That meant my applications didn’t just look good on paper, they actually reflected who I was. The interview prep sessions were equally eye-opening. Nisha’s practical tips helped me cut out fluff and focus on delivering crisp, confident answers.
Looking back, it was her ability to combine encouragement with no-nonsense feedback that made the difference. I never felt like I was going through this alone, and the results speak for themselves.
The support I received post the admit for the visa process has been extremely helpful in this uncertain times.
I first enrolled with Admissions Gateway in my earlier MBA application cycle, when I was planning to apply for business school. I went through the full process with them, but eventually chose not to attend that year and changed my plans. When I decided to reapply for the Class of 2027, the Admissions Gateway team supported me without hesitation. This truly reflects their long-term commitment and investment in every applicant’s journey. AG has been instrumental from the very beginning. They not only agreed to help me during my second application cycle, but also went above and beyond to review my story and provide fresh insights. Nisha personally guided me through a mock Wharton TBD, which made a huge difference in my preparation and confidence. Thanks to the consistent and thoughtful support from Nisha and the Admissions Gateway team, I was admitted to Wharton. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and dedication throughout the process.
Landing admits from both Darden and Kellogg felt like a dream come true, and I know I couldn’t have done it without Mudit and team. I learned how to tailor my story authentically for both schools, and this level of detail and personalization gave me a huge confidence boost.
Working with Mudit was a game-changer for my MBA application journey. From the start, he took a deep dive into my profile, understanding my unique strengths and providing honest, clear feedback on how to position myself effectively.
What stood out most was Mudit and team’s steady support throughout the process. Whether refining essays or prepping for interviews, they were always available, helping me stay focused and motivated.
Working with Aparna was one of the best decisions I made during my MBA application journey. Coming from Nepal with a unique professional and personal background, she took the time to deeply understand my story and identify the strengths that would resonate most with top business schools. Her guidance was not limited to the schools I had initially signed up for—she went above and beyond to support me with applications to additional programs, ensuring that every essay, recommendation, and interview preparation reflected my true self.
Her strategic advice and honest feedback were instrumental in securing interview invitations from Harvard, Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, Ross, LBS, and Darden, and ultimately converting Darden. She provided clear direction on how to position my experiences, always with genuine care for my success, and her insights even proved valuable during my internship. Her dedication, responsiveness, and ability to challenge me to think more critically about my goals made a real difference in my application outcomes and professional growth.
Working with Aparna was a super productive experience. She helped me focus on what to cut from my essays and résumé, which made my story much clearer and sharper throughout. By the time we got to the final version, my application read far more crisply and reflected exactly what I wanted to convey.
Aparna was very responsive, hands-on, paid close attention to detail, and always pushed me to think harder about my experiences. Her inputs played a big role in strengthening my application and securing an $80,000 scholarship from Chicago Booth. I genuinely appreciate the structure and focus she brought to the process.
I worked directly with Rajdeep. He was able to help me craft my Wharton application within 15 days , as I had a delay in getting my GRE score right, and we were able to meet the deadline comfortably. In Round 2, we did HBS and GSB – both of which I interviewed for and got into HBS. I’m a reapplicant and didn’t get any of these interviews last year – Rajdeep helped me present the highlights I had in the best way possible. Also if you are an anxious applicant – he deals with that well too.
I came into the MBA application process with a lot of anxiety and confusion. There were too many moving parts, and I wasn’t sure where to start or how to differentiate myself. That changed the moment I began working with Nisha and the team at Admissions Gateway.
From day one, they brought structure, clarity, and a calm confidence that made a world of difference. They helped me break down my story, identify my strengths, and translate them into compelling essays tailored for each school. More than just strategic input, what stood out was the consistent emotional support and accountability. I never once felt like I was navigating this alone.
When the interviews rolled in, Nisha was right there with me, conducting mocks, giving specific feedback, and helping me refine my delivery. Her advice was always actionable, and her encouragement always felt personal.
Thanks to their guidance, I received admits from Duke, Ross, Booth, and Darden, along with a total scholarship of $245,000.
This journey has been transformational, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had Nisha and the team by my side. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone applying to business school.
A fast-paced yet thoughtful MBA journey to Wharton with a $50,000 scholarship made possible by Aparna who felt like having a coach, collaborator, and cheerleader all rolled into one.
When I started my MBA application journey, I had absolutely nothing ready—no resume, no draft essays, no cohesive narrative. I signed up with Aparna on November 24, which left us barely six weeks to complete my applications. The plan was to apply to three schools. We ended up submitting five: Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Booth, and Kellogg. And looking back now, I genuinely don’t know how we pulled it off—but I do know that we couldn’t have done it without Aparna. From day one, her commitment and stamina blew me away. This wasn’t surface-level support. Aparna was deeply involved—thinking, writing, editing, and reworking things with me every single day. On the day of the Stanford deadline, for instance, we exchanged over 50 documents back and forth. I would tweak something, she would send it back with comments and changes within minutes. She never missed a beat. There were no boundaries on effort or time—she went all in, with me and for me. But what stood out even more was how creative and strategic she was. I came in with a jumble of stories and disconnected experiences. She listened—really listened—and then helped me structure my goals and narrative in a way that felt true to me but far more powerful. She didn’t force a direction or framework. Instead, she pulled from my own experiences and strengths, and helped me build a story that was both authentic and MBA-worthy. Her ability to draw connections between things I’d completely overlooked, and then shape that into a compelling arc was incredible. She’s also an exceptional writer. I often found myself writing a paragraph that felt okay-ish, and then watching her transform it into something layered, clear, and deeply persuasive. She has this unique skill of making transitions feel natural, weaving together different elements of your story in a way that flows effortlessly. And her feedback wasn’t just editorial; it was strategic. She knew exactly what each school was looking for and helped me tailor every single word to match that. When it came to interviews, she was just as hands-on. We did multiple mock rounds, and she gave me concrete, personalized feedback about content, structure, tone, and delivery. She pointed out exactly what sounded scripted, what needed more depth, and what came across as too vague or over-rehearsed. Her communication style is incredibly articulate, so just listening to her speak was a masterclass in how to present with clarity and confidence. Another thing I appreciated deeply was how flexible and supportive she was. Even when I decided last-minute to add Stanford to the list—something we hadn’t originally planned, she didn’t hesitate for a second. She jumped in, fully committed, and we made it work. There was never a moment when she said, “This isn’t part of the plan.” It was always: “Let’s figure it out.” If I had to sum it up, working with Aparna felt like having a coach, collaborator, and cheerleader all rolled into one. She didn’t just help me apply to business schools—she helped me reflect on who I am, what I want, and how to tell my story with honesty and impact. I ultimately got into Wharton with a $50,000 scholarship, and while I didn’t get into all the schools I applied to, I know I submitted the strongest possible versions of my application to each one. I have zero regrets. And most of that credit goes to Aparna. Her work ethic, creativity, emotional intelligence, and storytelling instincts are rare, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her in my corner. If you’re applying to business school and want someone who will actually care, someone who will actually show up, and someone who will help you bring your story to life in the best possible way, look no further.
I’m Sharmila Jothi Mahamandra, an MBA graduate from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, Class of 2024. I had the pleasure of working with Aparna from Rajdeep’s consulting firm during my MBA application journey, and I can confidently say that her guidance played a pivotal role in my application journey.
Aparna provided comprehensive, end-to-end support—right from helping me shortlist schools that aligned with my profile, to brainstorming my personal stories and refining essays to reflect how my core values resonated with each program. Her process is well-structured, and tailored to each applicant’s needs. She was always on top of deadlines and school-specific requirements, and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, even with the time zone difference between the U.S. and India.
Having rushed through my first B-school application attempt during the lockdown, it was incredibly important for me to do things right the second time. Aparna helped me present my best self—and thanks to her expertise and commitment, I was admitted to three of my target schools.
I came to Aparna on the back of strong recommendations from a close friend who went to Wharton, and from our very first call, I saw exactly what they meant. Unlike other experiences I had heard of – where the applicant had to steer the process – Aparna brought a level of ownership and investment that made it feel like this was her application as much as mine.
She took the time to deeply understand my story, even reviewing materials I had already submitted elsewhere. She didn’t just nod along – she pointed out what was missing and laid out a clear, structured path forward. I could immediately see that she knew what she was saying – her experience in this field was evident. That clarity and conviction from Day 1 made a huge difference.
What stood out most was her energy. Aparna brings a certain momentum that pushes you to aim higher. She’s always prompt, willing to roll up her sleeves, and open to reworking drafts till they truly reflect your voice and strengths. There were moments when we didn’t know which direction an essay should take – but she encouraged iteration, and that made all the difference. She also ensured that my story had a clear and compelling linkage with my goals – something that really helped my applications stand out.
More than just reviewing essays, she helped me understand why a prompt was framed a certain way – what the admissions committee was really looking for. Her experience was evident in the way she guided me in framing my thoughts and interpreting the intent behind each question. Having that clarity on the first principles allowed me to be more thoughtful in structuring responses, presenting a genuine, holistic view, and selecting the right life stories to share.
I had a mix of essays, interviews, and waitlist updates, many of which had non-standard formats and tight deadlines. Aparna helped me map out timelines, shared tailored guidance, and made sure we were always ahead of schedule. Those daily 15-20 minutes discussions were what helped me sail through the crunch.
Before my final INSEAD submission, she didn’t leave even an inch to assumption – checking in to confirm everything was in place, from form details to essays, and even offering to read the final drafts one more time.
She was incredibly proactive when it came to waitlist updates – always checking in to ask if there was anything new to share, and prompting me with the right questions to ensure I wasn’t missing important developments across four waitlists. She also prepared me thoroughly for the Booth video essay, helping me feel confident and ensuring I put my best foot forward.
When it came to interview prep, her feedback really helped me shift my approach. I learned to treat interviews as conversations – not performances – and to make sure the interviewer walked away with a holistic picture of who I am, beyond just my resume. The mock interviews with Aparna were golden – realistic, insightful, and focused on helping me sharpen both my content and delivery.
Working with Aparna didn’t feel like working with a consultant. It felt like having a true partner –someone who genuinely cared, stayed invested, and made this journey personal.
When I began my MBA journey, I wasn’t sure how my background would be received. I came from a family business with an unconventional profile and had a relatively low GPA, two factors that made me second-guess my chances at top programs. But from the very beginning, Nisha was a pillar of support and reassurance. She never saw these as limitations; instead, she focused on how to bring out the strengths in my story.
What truly stood out to me was how holistic and thoughtful the entire process was. Nisha and the team helped me shape a resume that highlighted the depth and diversity of my experience, even though it didn’t follow a typical corporate path. The workshops hosted early in the process were incredibly helpful in setting a solid foundation, from understanding what top schools are really looking for to crafting impactful essays and a compelling narrative.
Beyond the application itself, Nisha’s help during the interview stage was a game-changer. We worked through mock interviews that were tailored not just to each school but also to my specific profile. These weren’t generic sessions; they were strategic, focused, and incredibly effective in helping me build confidence and communicate with clarity.
Throughout the journey, Nisha was always available, whether it was for brainstorming, edits, advice, or even just to talk things through when I felt uncertain. Her dedication was never transactional; it truly felt like she was personally invested in helping me succeed.
With Nisha’s guidance and the team’s consistent support, I was able to turn my unconventional story into a strength. I’m thrilled to be heading to Georgetown and UNC, two schools I had once thought might be out of reach. I couldn’t have done it without her.
I worked with Nisha and Admissions Gateway for my MBA applications, and in retrospect, that was the best decision I could have made. From our very first strategy call, she asked incisive, open-ended questions that forced me to dig below surface-level anecdotes and uncover the values, motivations, and formative experiences that truly define me. Those conversations became the backbone of my Stanford GSB essays and, ultimately, my Knight-Hennessy Scholars leadership essay. Rather than suggesting boilerplate themes, she helped me craft a narrative that felt unmistakably mine, one that admissions readers could not ignore.
Her methodology was immediately apparent. Rather than jumping straight into essays, Nisha spent our first month in deep exploration sessions. Through systematic questioning, she helped me uncover stories I hadn’t even considered sharing. “Tell me about a time when your values were challenged,” she’d ask, then follow up with, “What did that reveal about who you’re becoming?” These weren’t typical interview prep questions, they were the kind of inquiries that forced genuine self-reflection.
This questioning process proved particularly crucial for Knight-Hennessy, which requires demonstrating “independence of thought, purposeful leadership, and civic mindset” beyond typical MBA narratives. Nisha understood that the two applications needed to complement rather than duplicate each other. She helped me craft a Stanford GSB application focused on my business aspirations while developing a Knight-Hennessy narrative that emphasized my broader commitment to social impact.
Beyond strategy, Nisha provided invaluable emotional support throughout the process. MBA admissions can feel like an emotional roller coaster, and on days I second-guessed myself, she was a calm, steady presence, sending encouraging voice notes, reminding me of milestones already achieved, and reframing setbacks as learning moments. That empathy kept my morale high and my focus sharp through deadline crunches and GMAT retakes.
What surprised me most was how the process changed my self-understanding. Nisha didn’t just help me get admitted, she helped me become someone worthy of these opportunities. The introspection we did together clarified my post-MBA goals and gave me confidence to pursue the kind of leadership I’d only imagined before.
Working with Nisha and the entire Admissions Gateway team has been one of the most rewarding parts of my MBA application journey. Right from the beginning, they were fully invested in the process, always helpful, incredibly responsive, and deeply committed to putting my best foot forward.
One of the standout aspects of working with them is how structured and streamlined they make the entire application process. MBA applications can often feel overwhelming and scattered, but the team brought in a sense of clarity and order that helped me identify my strongest stories and shape them into compelling narratives. Their process allowed me to approach each component of the application, from resume to essays to interview prep, with confidence and intention.
Nisha, in particular, was an exceptional mentor throughout. She was always kind, approachable, and very thorough. When interview calls came in, she jumped on calls to walk me through school-specific preparation, conducted multiple mock interviews, and gave actionable feedback each time. I always felt supported. Never once did I have to chase timelines or follow up. The team was consistently on top of everything, collaborative, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
Thanks to their support, I received admits from both Kellogg and Duke.
Working with Nisha Kaul on my deferred MBA applications was one of the most important parts of my application journey. I truly believe I would not have been able to navigate the process or get the results I did without her support.
What stood out to me right from the start was how personally invested she was in my success. There were several moments that showed this, but one example I will never forget was the night before my MIT application was due. One of my referees backed out last minute, and it was late at night. Even though it was 1 AM her time, Nisha stayed on the call with me, calmly helping me think through the problem and guiding me on how to handle the situation. That kind of commitment was something I saw again and again. Since I was applying to multiple schools under a tight timeline, there were many long days and late nights. No matter what came up, Nisha was always available. She consistently made time to sit with me, review my materials, and work through any challenge, regardless of how packed her day must have been.
When it came to the actual application work, her support was equally strong. She played a huge role in helping me brainstorm my essays and structure my story. Her feedback was always detailed and actionable, and she never hesitated to go through multiple drafts until we got it right. I remember doing 14 to 15 drafts for my Wharton essays, and with each round she gave specific advice that helped me improve. I always felt like she was paying close attention to the smallest details and genuinely cared about making every line count.
For the interview preparation, she helped me think through my experiences in a structured way. She showed me how to frame stories effectively and communicate them clearly, so I could bring out my strengths and personality during the interviews.
Looking back, I am really grateful I had Nisha by my side throughout the process. She is one of the main reasons I got into Columbia, MIT, and Wharton for the deferred MBA. Her dedication, thoughtful advice, and consistent support made all the difference. I highly recommend working with her.
Working with Nisha and team never felt transactional. It was always honest, thoughtful, and deeply personal. From the very beginning, there was a clear sense that they were genuinely invested in my growth and not just focused on my application. When I had to defer my plans due to a personal adversity, they didn’t flinch. Even though the original engagement timeline had technically ended, Nisha and team stayed committed and kept encouraging me throughout. That kind of long-term investment is rare, and it made a real difference. The entire process, from building a compelling resume to crafting standout essays and preparing for interviews, was structured, insightful, and smooth. Even in the midst of the chaos that often surrounds MBA applications, Nisha and team brought clarity and consistency. Their unique approach made the process feel far less overwhelming. What stood out most was that the support did not stop at the admit. Given how complex this year has been, especially with the visa process, they have continued to support me through it all.
Getting into Kellogg has been a dream come true, and I couldn’t have done it without Mudit and the team at Admissions Gateway. With both my parents being Kellogg alumni, this admit carries deep personal significance for me.
From the very first call, what stood out was the honesty and clarity that Mudit and the team brought to the process. Their initial assessment of my profile was grounded and realistic. They didn’t sugar-coat anything but were always encouraging and structured in their approach, which set the tone for a focused and thoughtful journey.
Mudit and the team were fully invested throughout. When the consultant I was initially working with had to step away due to a bereavement, Mudit ensured a seamless transition by quickly assigning another counselor who turned out to be a great match. Thanks to their responsiveness, I stayed on track without any disruption.
The support was truly comprehensive. From brainstorming essays and positioning the resume to interview prep and school-specific research, every aspect was handled with precision and care. One of the biggest differentiators was the access to a robust network. Through Mudit and the team, I was able to connect with numerous Kellogg alumni who shared candid, firsthand insights that greatly enriched my application.
Working with Mudit and the Admissions Gateway team was one of the best decisions I made during my MBA journey. In our very first conversation, Mudit asked thoughtful questions, took the time to understand my background, and gave me a clear and honest view of how I could position myself. That conversation gave me confidence in both the process and the team.
From that point on, the support I received was structured, insightful, and always tailored to my goals. Whether it was building a strong foundation, refining my resume, or working on essays, their guidance was detailed and deeply school-specific. Every piece of feedback helped me bring more clarity and focus to my application.
What I appreciated most was the team’s steady involvement throughout the process. Mudit was always approachable and responsive, not just for reviews or interview prep, but also to offer advice and reassurance when things felt overwhelming.
I am incredibly excited to be joining INSEAD. But more than anything, I am grateful for the consistent support, expertise, and belief the team showed in me throughout the journey.
From the very first profile evaluation to hitting submit on my applications, and well beyond that, I’ve felt fully supported by Nisha and the team at Admissions Gateway.
What stood out most to me was how deeply invested they were in my growth. Nisha’s insights were consistently sharp, thoughtful, and grounded in experience. She didn’t settle for anything less than the best version of my application, whether it was refining my resume line by line or brainstorming essays until they reflected my story with authenticity and strength.
Beyond the one-on-one work, what really sets AG apart is the incredible community they’ve built. From Wharton-style mock TBDs to HBS-specific interview prep and alumni connect sessions, there was always a structured space to learn, practice, and grow.
Even after I got my admit, the support hasn’t stopped. Whether it was figuring out loans, sorting through scholarship options, or navigating the visa process, there hasn’t been a single time the team said no or wasn’t available to help.
Thanks to their help I received admits from Kellogg, Wharton and HBS, I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.
Working with Mudit and the Admissions Gateway team has been one of the most defining parts of my MBA journey. In our very first interaction, Mudit conducted a detailed and thoughtful profile evaluation. He took the time to understand my background, strengths, and aspirations, and gave me a clear, honest assessment of my chances. That conversation alone set the tone for the months ahead—it was grounded, strategic, and completely tailored to my journey. From the very beginning, the AG process stood out. The team’s structured approach helped me build a solid foundation for my applications. Their school-specific insights were not only actionable but incredibly detailed, helping me position myself effectively across my target schools. But what truly set them apart was their response when Round 1 didn’t go as expected. Rather than stepping back, Mudit and the team doubled down. They went far beyond what I had signed up for—helping me reframe, rethink, and rebuild my application for Yale. The level of investment, ownership, and persistence they brought to the table during this phase was remarkable. And that persistence paid off—I got through to Yale. Through every setback, Mudit was a constant. He wasn’t just there for the applications—he was there to help me manage the anxieties, the disappointments, and the self-doubt that inevitably creep in during a process like this.
I’m deeply grateful for the outcome, but even more grateful for the process, and for a team that never stopped believing in me. The team at AG continues to support through the post-admissions process – be it forex, financing etc. In fact, on my latest fee transfer – I saved INR ~30-40k!
I worked with Mudit and team AG for my application to INSEAD, and the entire process was incredibly seamless. From the very beginning, I felt confident and at ease with how things were progressing. Everything was structured, organized, and thoughtfully paced, which made a huge difference in helping me stay focused and motivated.
What stood out to me most was how invested they were in my growth. They genuinely took the time to listen to my stories, brainstorm with me, and help me shape my narrative in a way that felt authentic and compelling. It never felt transactional. They were truly involved in every part of the journey, ensuring that we were always moving in the right direction.
When it came to interviews, their guidance was equally strong. They had a clear grasp of what top schools like INSEAD are looking for and helped me understand how to present myself with clarity and confidence. Their insights and preparation strategies were extremely helpful and definitely contributed to the final result, an admit from INSEAD.
Post admit too, the team was super helpful in helping me save funds for my initial deposit as well as guiding me on the best financing options for the program.
From the very beginning, Mudit has gone above and beyond in every aspect of my application journey. The quality of support, especially during the brainstorming and application-building phase, was exceptional. I particularly loved the unique approach he brought to refining my resume—it helped me position myself in a much more impactful way. The frameworks and strategies shared in the workshops were also incredibly helpful and gave me a solid foundation before diving into the actual applications.
Even when I applied for the INSEAD J-term, which later than a typical cycle, his support remained consistent and comprehensive throughout.
After I received my admit from INSEAD, Mudit continued to stay involved. He helped me get access to preferred forex rates, which honestly saved me a significant amount of money adding upto ~4k USD (~40% of the consultant fee). It was the kind of support that went far beyond what was expected.
He didn’t have to do any of that, but that’s just who he is. Mudit was deeply invested in my journey from start to finish, and I truly consider myself lucky to have had him as a mentor through it all.
In Round 1, I worked with another admissions consultant and applied to five M7 programs, but unfortunately, none of them worked out. By the time I reached out to Admissions Gateway for Round 2, it was already mid-November, and I honestly wasn’t sure if there was still time to pull things together. But Nisha and the team stepped in right away and didn’t miss a beat.
Even with the tight timelines, they worked closely with me to make sure every deadline was met. More importantly, the quality of the applications was on a whole different level. Nisha really helped me refine my story, highlight my strengths, and be much more strategic in how I approached each school.
I eventually applied to four or five schools and got into Columbia, which was a big moment for me. It felt amazing to finally crack an M7 school. I also got into Yale and Darden, and I truly believe none of this would have happened without Nisha and the team stepping in when they did.
I came from a overrepresented pool of applicants with a 740 GMAT, however Nisha and the AG Team believed in my potential and pushed me to secure interviews from CBS, Booth, Kellogg, Ross, Duke and finally secure admits from CBS, Kellogg and Ross with $$$ in total scholarships. I was extremely impressed by the teams end-to-end approach helping students in every aspect of the application process right from building the right resume and goals, to essays, addressing profile gaps, unlimited interview prep, personalized guidance, and visa and loan support post admission. The AG Team and Nisha felt like a partner in my application journey in 1.5 years and they are still just a call away whenever I need any help. I would highly recommend Nisha and the AG Team for your applications, they can be trusted to bring out the best in you and push you secure the best admits for yourself!
It feels unbelievable that I got accepted into Stanford since I wasn’t even considering applying to the school in Round 1, all credits to Rajdeep.
Even if I hadn’t gotten admitted, learning how to simplify life and make life more peaceful would’ve been worth what I had spent to work with Rajdeep.
I connected with Admissions Gateway with my fiance in April 2023. I had a 710 at the time, while my fiance had a 770. Rajdeep believed in my potential to make it to M7 schools and recommended that I work with their GMAT coach. Their faith helped me to not settle for less and take the call of pushing my apps by a year. and the results substantiate that I took the right call.
As a first-generation graduate, I had no role models to look up to. But Rajdeep turned out to be the perfect mentor I was looking for. I have full faith in his guidance and direction.
Once I got a 705 on my GMAT, I started working on my applications in March 2024. The process Rajdeep follows focuses a lot on self-discovery. It sounds quite philosophical, but that’s what it was.
We started with the resume. Rajdeep taught me a lot of frameworks and how to leverage them to focus on scope and impact. While we brought in a great level of detail, he emphasized communicating things in simple, lucid language without jargon, which wasn’t very intuitive or easy for me. It took a lot of effort, but I’m glad to have learned this communication style from him.
Initially, my post-MBA goals were different. I wanted to continue in consulting. We spent about 4-5 hours discussing what exactly my goals should be and created 3-4 possible paths. Then, we debated on feasibility and discussed school perspectives. Through this process, I reached the long-term goal first and then used that as a reference point to identify my short and mid-term goals. Through this self-reflection, I now have a career roadmap for the next 20-25 years and won’t have to rethink my specific steps.
Once the goals were clear, we brainstormed on the stories I’d use from my past. Rajdeep guided me in which school resources I should explore further and taught me how to concisely and coherently put this information. These insights and discussions helped me formulate my plans for which courses, clubs, or extracurriculars I’d like to explore at each school, and now I don’t have to rethink this subject. I have a perfect plan because of Rajdeep, and if I just stick to it, I’m sure I will reach my goals and career aspirations.
Rajdeep has a unique style and knows exactly what every school looks for in applicants. So, even though some people write essays for one school and copy-paste them across multiple schools, I did not do that. We used to have discussions, and then he would provide feedback. And I just worked on that feedback. I didn’t use samples because I did not want to compare or write with bias. So, because I did not have any reference points, I was able to do my best and bring out the best in my story.
In terms of the interview, I was quite stressed out. Working in Japan, I don’t use English often and I anticipated that I’d struggle in interviews. However, through the process, I had already articulated a lot of my stories in the STAR format. Rajdeep also shared extensive lists of questions as well as conducted sessions with me to improve my presentation and storytelling skills. His preparation helped me convert all my interview offers into admits, i.e., Stanford, Wharton with Joseph Fellowship, Columbia with $100k, and Kellogg.
To conclude, working with Rajdeep was one of the best decisions of my life. Rajdeep has the brand and is known to be the world’s best, and I am glad to have gained first-hand experience working with him.
