With experiences across strategy consulting, product management, and technology, I bring a cross-functional lens to MBA admissions. I’ve worked at firms like KPMG Global Strategy Group, Goldman Sachs, Rocket Internet, and EY – across the UAE, Germany, India, and the US – and I use that exposure to help applicants craft stories that stand out.
Over the past 3+ years, I’ve helped candidates land admits at Yale, INSEAD, HEC Paris, ISB, and other top-30 programs globally.
My sweet spot is helping candidates uncover their “why” and craft authentic, persuasive narratives through a structured yet deeply personalized process – combining storytelling, introspection, and a little tough love when needed.
Fun fact: Despite a 95th percentile GMAT score, I don’t do test prep (atleast not yet). Why? Because crafting real stories that reflect ambition and self-awareness is far more fulfilling. That, and I still can’t remember the formula for surface area of a cone.
I’m the founder of admitStreet, a boutique admissions consulting practice focused on highly personalized mentorship.
Since graduating from the HEC Paris MBA in 2019, I’ve helped candidates secure admits to top-30 MBA programs including INSEAD, Yale, LBS, Oxford, HEC Paris, USC Marshall, Georgetown McDonough, Washington Olin, NTU, HKUST, and ISB – many with scholarships ranging from USD 20K to 160K.
I’ve also served as an official alumni interviewer for the HEC Paris MBA for over 4 years, evaluating applicants globally.
As a member of AIGAC, I’m committed to upholding transparency, ethics, and impact in graduate admissions consulting. We work with a limited number of clients each year to ensure every story gets the attention it deserves.

Working with Arvind (admitStreet) has been one of the best decisions in my MBA application journey. With his guidance, I was able to secure admits from top three European business schools (INSEAD, IESE, and HEC Paris) along with scholarships from two of them. Prior to working with Arvind, I have reached out to a couple of other consultants who had a rigid plan and pressured me to complete my applications within a short timeline. But Arvind lets you go through the process at your own pace without rushing you. That made all the difference for me, as it gave me enough space to deeply reflect and write authentic stories. Arvind also had a deep understanding of European schools and how each one differs in what they value. This helped me tailor my applications and highlight my strengths that aligned with each school. What truly stands out about Arvind is that he is a very patient listener. We did multiple brainstorming sessions where he listened to every single story that I wanted to share. Later, he guided me in choosing the right story for the right essay prompts. This ensured that I had a well rounded application. When I was concerned about the weaknesses in my profile such as a career gap and a low GMAT score, Arvind encouraged me to shift my focus to my strengths, even in areas I initially thought were insignificant. This built my confidence to present my stories authentically. The mock interview sessions with Arvind have been a huge help in preparing for the interviews. Arvind helped me structure my answers, practice delivery and ace the interviews with confidence. He also arranged a mock interview with an INSEAD alumni which was valuable in understanding the school’s unique format and preparing accordingly. His support was also instrumental in the scholarship applications, specially in negotiating the scholarships. Throughout the process, Arvind has been always approachable and responsive, usually addressing my questions within a day. I would recommend admitStreet to anyone who is looking for a dedicated mentor throughout the application process.
I had the pleasure of collaborating with Arvind during my MBA application journey, and his expertise and guidance were pivotal in my success. Before I connected with Arvind at admitStreet, I navigated the application process independently. I realized my essays needed more depth and coherence.
Arvind’s influence was immediate and profound. He not only refined my essays but also transformed them into compelling narratives that effectively highlighted my strengths and experiences. His meticulous approach and insightful feedback helped me craft applications that truly stood out.
Beyond essay refinement, Arvind played a pivotal role in fostering connections with alumni and representatives from my target business schools. These connections provided invaluable insights that not only enriched my understanding of the programs but also enabled me to tailor my applications and interview preparation effectively.
Speaking of interviews, Arvind’s dedication to preparing me was exemplary. We conducted rigorous mock interview sessions where he meticulously analyzed my profile and potential interview questions. His guidance gave me the confidence and clarity to articulate my goals and achievements convincingly.
Arvind’s commitment to my success went above and beyond expectations. His professionalism, strategic advice, and genuine interest in my aspirations were instrumental in securing my admission into top MBA programs with scholarships.
I highly recommend Arvind to anyone navigating the challenging MBA application process. His expertise, personalized approach, and unwavering support make him an invaluable partner in achieving your academic and career goals.
Working with Arvind from AdmitStreet was one of the best decisions I made throughout my MBA application journey. His support was instrumental in my success, and his approach is defined by three key qualities: patience, honesty, and availability. Arvind showed incredible patience with my slow drafting process, guiding me through over seven edits per school without ever rushing me. He pushed me to reflect more deeply with each draft, helping me uncover the best version of my story. Most importantly, he was always brutally honest, giving me straightforward feedback at every stage ( from essays to interview prep ) which made a huge difference. He was also always available, whether for last-minute questions or detailed essay feedback, making me feel like he was genuinely invested in my success.
On every component of the application, his guidance was invaluable:
a) CV: He transformed my standard job resume into a powerful MBA CV that effectively highlighted my quantitative impact and key transferable skills. b) Essays: I started with unclear goals and robotic, AI-generated drafts. Arvind helped me find my voice, articulate thoughtful goals, and infuse my essays with genuine reflection and emotion. He pushed me to dig deep into my experiences, including my challenges, which added immense authenticity. c) Interviews: As someone who struggles with interviews, Arvind’s mock sessions and clear framework were a game-changer. He helped me structure my answers and present my story with clarity and confidence. I truly wouldn’t have sailed through my interviews without him.
Arvind is more than a consultant; he is a dedicated partner who genuinely cares. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I had taken help in an earlier application cycle, and the process felt quite hectic and overwhelming. This time, after a discovery call with Arvind, I decided to work with him and the experience was very different. He brought a grounded and well-structured approach that helped me manage the process much more smoothly.
Arvind guided me in bringing out my stories authentically through an iterative process, making my essays stronger without losing my own voice. The interview preparation was extremely helpful – the mock interviews we did were very close to the actual round, which helped me feel confident and well-prepared. He also advised me on what strengths to highlight and gave practical tips, even on presentation and dressing for interviews.
Arvind made the MBA application process easier to navigate and far less stressful. I would recommend him especially for European MBA applications.
Working with Arvind was a turning point in my MBA application journey. He took the time to understand my background, motivations, and aspirations, and helped me craft a story that was uniquely mine while staying true to my real experiences.
What stood out was Arvind’s meticulous and collaborative approach. His detailed questionnaire surfaced impactful anecdotes, while multiple rounds of essay reviews pushed for clarity, depth, and emotional resonance. The process made my application both authentic and compelling.
Thanks to his guidance, I entered my ISB interview with confidence and composure, even under pressure. Today, I’m at ISB, my top choice, with a clear sense of purpose. I highly recommend Arvind and admitStreet to anyone seeking personalized, strategic, and high-impact MBA admissions support.
Working with Arvind from AdmitStreet was one of the most valuable parts of my MBA application journey. He took the time to understand my background in depth and helped me connect my diverse experiences into a clear and compelling story. His structured process, from brainstorming to essay reviews, ensured my applications were authentic and well aligned with my goals.
Arvind’s feedback was always thoughtful and actionable. He pushed me to reflect deeply on my motivations and guided me to present the strongest version of my profile. His support with resume building, essays, and mock interviews gave me both clarity and confidence.
Thanks to his guidance, I was able to put forward my best applications, which played a key role in my successful admission to IESE. I would strongly recommend Arvind to anyone looking for a consultant who combines strategy with genuine personal investment in your success.
Arvind took time to understand my individual profile and took a very structured approach for the applications. He shared key insights for each school, which I believe led to strong career and motivation essays and landed me multiple admit offers!
When I started my MBA applications, I wasn’t entirely sure about my profile (average test score for someone from an overrepresented pool) and how to best position my experiences. Working with Arvind at admitStreet completely changed that.
Right from the first brainstorming session, Arvind helped me look at my journey with fresh perspective, identify strengths I had overlooked, and structure them into a compelling narrative.
The entire process was well-organized: whether it was shortlisting schools, brainstorming anecdotes, refining essays, or preparing recommenders, Arvind brought a level of clarity that made the journey smooth, sharp and far less overwhelming.
What I appreciated most was Arvind’s approachable nature and the personal ownership he took at every step. He was patient, honest with feedback, and genuinely invested in my success.
Thanks to his guidance, I was able to present the strongest version of myself and secure an admit at Texas McCombs with a scholarship. I would recommend Arvind to anyone looking to put their best foot forward in the MBA admissions process.
I would highly endorse Arvind for admissions support based on my overall experience and learning! Firstly, IMO, Arvind’s understanding of the way the admissions’ committee perceives essay content is evidently refined, having had a firsthand experience of attending a top B school and being a former official B School interviewer. Such direction could prove to be unquantifiably impactful for an applicant. For example,I remember unlearning at so many points, especially during my deep dive on essay topics. Secondly, Arvind’s approach strongly inculcates ’embracing originality’-which comes about through an extensive and insightful brainstorming session (after the applicant’s first take on the essay question’s). As a result, at every point l felt my application was entirely unique to me and fully absorbed all that an applicant can bring to the cohort. Thirdly, I feel expressing one’s ‘post-MBA goals’ with full clarity, research, and self-awareness is still one of the most underrated reflection points in one’s application journey. Arvind, with his diverse work experience-pre-and post-MBA-is an equally brilliant professional coach, which could help an applicant figure out career options and effectively articulate the same in essays. In my case, throughout the 4-5 months that I worked with Arvind gave me a chance to also research into my long term career aspirations which helped me feel more confident about my motivations altogether. Also, happy to elaborate further about my experience or any Q&A over chat if helpful. Cheers!
Arvind is an excellent MBA consultant who helped me secure a place in the MBA program at Warwick Business School. He was meticulous with his approach and gave practical and implementable feedback and suggestions to strengthen my application. It was a great experience working with a consultant who was approachable, honest, and consistently delivered on time.
Arvind’s feedback was invaluable throughout the application process and beyond.
Prior to working with Arvind, I had a brief email exchange with a well-known admissions consultant, who told me that gaining admission to one of the top schools would be extremely difficult given my limited work experience (less than 3 years). They even suggested that I should change jobs to strengthen my profile. That brief interaction shook my confidence, and I began to question whether I should apply at all.
However, Arvind, while being realistic, offered a far more encouraging perspective. He shared his own experiences and helped me understand the flexibility I had as an MBA candidate with less work experience. When we were shortlisting MBA programs, instead of pushing me toward schools that might have been easier to convert, Arvind was adamant that I should only apply to top-tier schools and that with a strong application, I had a good chance of being admitted. These conversations helped me gain clarity and confidence about my profile. A few months later, I received an admit from HEC Paris—my target school.
When it came to the application components, I initially felt intimidated after reviewing the LinkedIn profiles of successful MBA applicants. Many had experience at top international firms and held roles that sounded far more impressive than mine. However, after sitting down with Arvind, I realized that I myself ticked many of the right boxes—significant leadership experience, collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and some international exposure. These were aspects of my profile I had taken for granted but thanks to Arvind’s guidance, I was able to highlight these strengths effectively in my application. In addition, Arvind provided detailed, thoughtful feedback on every single iteration of my essays and CV. This iterative process helped me submit a very strong and polished application.
Arvind’s experience as a former MBA admissions interviewer also proved to be key. He knew very well the kinds of questions I could expect during the interviews. I took several mock interviews with him and prepared thoroughly using the sample questions he had shared. As a result, I felt confident going into my interviews. Although I was challenged by the interviewers, I was able to navigate almost every question with ease, thanks to all the preparation.
All in all, I would strongly recommend Arvind to anyone applying to business school. In addition to all the qualities mentioned above, Arvind is highly professional, ethical, and incredibly committed as he is always available to support his mentees, even at the eleventh hour.
I first met Arvind at an MBA admissions event, and from my initial profile evaluation to the moment I received my admit, his approach remained consistent. He keeps things simple and fuss-free, acknowledging that no profile is perfect, which immediately put me at ease.
Before connecting with Arvind, I had spoken to a few consultants who were quick to jump into strategies without fully understanding my profile, which made me skeptical. With Arvind, I had the breathing space I needed. He set up the process thoughtfully, aligning it with my timelines and following a clear backward planning approach. This structure worked really well for me, and at no point did I feel like I was lagging behind or missing out on something. That sense of security was invaluable.
What stood out most was how he respected my perspective throughout. Rather than imposing his views, he collaborated and brainstormed with me to bring out the best version of my story. His experience as an HEC alumnus and his work with students give him a strong sense of what admissions committees value. At the same time, having been an applicant himself, he understands the applicant’s mindset, something that’s quite rare.
He also had contingency plans ready whenever a potential hurdle came up, almost as if he could foresee them. This proactive approach made the entire journey smooth and assured me I was in safe hands, working with one of the best in the business.
Working with Arvind at AdmitStreet was one of the best decisions I made during my MBA application journey. After talking to 5-6 consultants, the conversation with Arvind felt like I was being heard the best and got very non-generic responses from him.
From the start, he helped me dig deep into my experiences and craft a clear, authentic, and compelling story that truly reflected who I am. His structured approach, from brainstorming with the StreetMap questionnaire to multiple essay iterations and resume fine-tuning, ensured my application was both sharp and genuine.
What stood out most was his attention to detail and accessibility. Whether it was refining a single phrase in an essay, deciding how best to highlight a promotion on my CV, or running through mock interviews (including with an ISB alum), Arvind was always just a call or message away. His guidance not only strengthened my essays but also gave me the confidence and clarity I needed for the ISB interview.
Thanks to his support, I received admits from multiple schools and chose ISB, my top choice. I’d highly recommend Arvind and AdmitStreet to anyone looking for a consultant who is thorough, approachable, and deeply invested in their success.
I am incredibly grateful for Arvind’s personalized approach. He took the time to understand my profile and career goals, ensuring my applications highlighted the right elements. His structured planning, including an application tracker, kept me accountable and motivated throughout the process.
What sets Arvind apart is his unique essay development method. He allowed me to express my thoughts freely without word count restrictions, helping me articulate my story. He then guided me in identifying impactful elements and suggested effective ways to present them, emphasizing strong openings and conclusions.
During interview preparation, Arvind helped me stay authentic while showcasing key aspects of my application, which boosted my confidence.
Ultimately, I was admitted to the Jones Graduate School of Business – Rice University and the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
I am sincerely thankful to Arvind and the AdmitStreet team for their unwavering support, which was crucial in securing my admissions. I couldn’t have done it without them. I wish all the best in their journey ahead.
