I am a former Director of Admissions at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where I evaluated and interviewed Full Time MBA applicants globally.
I was the admissions liaison to the Kellogg student affinity networks and oversaw end to end admissions for the MSMS program with Northwestern University. I have led hundreds of domestic and international sessions as brand ambassador for the Kellogg MBA programs. Additionally, I lead MBA recruiting nationally for the largest professional services firm in the world. In this role, I have developed a deep understanding of the post MBA employment market.
I earned my Bachelor degree in Communication from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking and recreational sports.
Founded by Scott Edinburgh, a Wharton MBA and MIT Sloan graduate who sat on the Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants Board of Directors for six years, Personal MBA Coach has been guiding clients for 18 years. Scott was ranked #1 in the US in 2024 and 2025, and Personal MBA Coach was ranked the top boutique consulting firm for the last three years. Last year our clients earned over $11M in scholarships.
Through our comprehensive MBA application support packages, we provide end-to-end guidance across the MBA application process, including school selection, letters of recommendation strategy, profile development guidance, structured essay brainstorming and editing supported by our comprehensive essay guides, short-answer and video review, and mock interviews with former M7 and T10 admissions interviewers.

Frenk truly helped me shape my story in a way that made sense. Thanks to his guidance, I ultimately had options to choose from—rather than simply hoping to be chosen. I ended up at my dream business school. You don’t always get more than you expect when paying for a service, but this was one of those rare cases—I got far more.
Both Frenk and the entire team at Personal MBA Coach, including Scott, genuinely cared about my success and supported me every step of the way.
Frenk was fully invested in helping me reach my goals, constantly pushing me to improve and challenging me to build the strongest candidacy possible. His dedication and belief in me made a real difference in my journey.
Frenk was absolutely amazing. He worked through the entire admission process with me, breaking it down into simple, accomplishable steps. His understanding and insight into the process, in addition to the information by Personal MBA, was instrumental in my school acceptances. He was understanding, responsive, and super encouraging throughout the whole process.
