Consultant Bio

Holly worked as a member of the NYU Stern MBA Admissions team for seven years and holds an MBA from NYU Stern.

In her tenure as Director of NYU MBA Admissions, Holly worked closely with admissions teams from Columbia, Michigan Ross, UVA Darden, Cornell Johnson, Berkeley Haas, Yale SOM, and Duke Fuqua on recruiting events domestically and internationally.

On the NYU Stern admissions committee, Holly conducted interviews, planned and hosted events, and trained staff on reading and interviewing best practices. She advised applicants throughout the recruitment process to build strong applications and connect with resources across Stern.

In addition to creating recruiting and digital marketing strategies for Stern’s Full-time MBA, Tech MBA, and Fashion & Luxury MBA programs, Holly has represented Stern across the US, Europe, Asia, and South America at recruiting events.

After Stern, Holly worked in the charter school sector as Chief of Staff at Ascend Public Charter Schools and in higher education in a corporate relations role.

Holly is passionate about building relationships and supporting candidates to have a reflective and fulfilling admissions process. In her spare time, Holly enjoys doing pottery and hiking with her dog.
