Hubert designed and formulated a career guidance programme in 2003, this programme was hugely popular within the school that a record number of students enrolled. What makes this even more unique was that Hubert himself was also a student at this time. Showing an exceptional awareness of the challenges that students face at this time in their lives. He went on to peruse his Bachelor of Commerce in Management & Marketing from the University of Wollongong (UoW), Sydney. And subsequently a Masters in Finance from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).

Since graduation, Hubert has been actively involved in the education field for more than 10 years. During that time he has worked to promote local fashion design courses, non-local higher education and developed as a U.S. college admissions counsellor in Hong Kong. In the past year, Hubert has successfully helped students successfully being admitted to Yale University, Stanford University, UCLA, UC-Berkeley and New York University, etc.
