Consultant Bio

Jaime has been a coach and mentor working with talented MBA applicants and post-MBA career seekers. As a first generation college graduate, the business school experience was an incredibly pivotal point in her own professional and personal journey. She is highly energized by helping applicants clarify their story, build their confidence, and identify and secure admission to the best school for them.

Jaime’s career spans management consulting, nonprofit education, brand strategy and management, and entrepreneurship. She started her career in management consulting and then spent 2 years building the strategy team at Teach For America. From there she went on to Kellogg for business school where she focused on marketing, finance and analytics. After graduating, she joined Boston Consulting Group and spent 6 years focused on growth strategy and consumer insights for consumer and healthcare companies. She then joined Target. At Target she led brand management where she led a team that built, launched and grew multiple billion-dollar brands. During this time, Jaime became increasingly passionate about the challenges facing career-driven working parents. She co-founded a company – Parentaly – that offers coaching and planning programs to companies to provide as a benefit to expectant and new parents.

Jaime has a B.S. in Journalism and Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
