Nihar graduated with an MBA from Said Business School, University of Oxford (with distinction) and a Master of Science in Management Studies from MIT Sloan School of Management (with a perfect GPA). At Oxford, based on his academic performance, breadth and depth of work experience and leadership skills, Nihar was selected as a Said Scholar and was placed on the Dean’s list. At MIT, working with the institution’s leading researchers, he authored and published a thesis that was awarded a perfect score. He also acquired Sloan’s Sustainability Certificate and continues to pursue his research interests in a wide range of innovation topics. In addition to his work as an MBA application adviser, Nihar has worked as a Management Consultant, Chartered Accountant, Analytics and Information Technology expert, and a Sustainability professional. He has consulted for multinational organizations across Asia and North America in several industries including mining, FMCG, media, utilities, high tech, beverages, manufacturing, software, textile and insurance. Nihar has worked in the field of analytics and technology as a Manager and an industry thought leader. Nihar’s other professional experiences include Senior Consultant and Consultant with Big4 and boutique consulting firms in Singapore, Canada and India. He has lived and worked in over eight countries.
