Rashi is a Booth MBA and a passionate mentor who truly enjoys helping others advance their careers and education. She enjoys the MBA admissions process and the opportunity it provides applicants to reflect on their career aspirations and tell their stories. Leveraging her experience as a Booth interviewer and career advisor, Rashi works with applicants to thoughtfully use each part of the application to highlight their accomplishments, skills, ambitions, and passions. She is committed to helping applicants develop authentic and compelling applications that showcase their unique stories.
Rashi’s diverse experience across industries and functions allows her to work with applicants with a variety of backgrounds. Rashi started her career in the financial services industry at GE Capital and gained experience in corporate finance and M&A. The sale of the company propelled her into her own introspection journey and led her to pursue an MBA. At Booth, Rashi was involved with both admissions and career services where she gained experience advising prospective applicants and classmates. Following business school, she successfully transitioned into the tech industry and has since worked at tech companies of all sizes. Rashi started her post-MBA career at Microsoft and currently works in Strategy & Operations at Twilio. As such, her professional and academic experience allows her to support applicants with diverse backgrounds and those interested in making a career transition.
Rashi has a B.S. in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Outside of work, Rashi enjoys learning and teaching dance, traveling to new countries, and exploring local restaurants and vineyards.

Rashi and the Vantage Point team take an incredible and reliable approach to the MBA application process. They suggested that I start with structured reflection before transitioning to specifics, and provided thoughtful offline materials that provided a strong foundation along the way.
I especially appreciated the accountability around clear checkpoints, the rapid responses to small questions, and the thoughtful essay feedback. The balance between live sessions to discuss my story and offline engagement felt exactly right.
Rashi took the time to truly understand my background and helped me shape my vision into a cohesive, compelling narrative for MBA admissions teams. She ensured I highlighted both the strengths I bring to the classroom and the areas I’m excited to develop during the program.
I’m thrilled to be joining the GSB Class of 2028, and my application simply would not have been the same without the support of Rashi and the Vantage Point team!
Rashi helped me take a jumble of thoughts into a clear message for my business school applications. Before I even looked at an essay prompt, Rashi helped me define my business school “why”. Why I wanted to go to business school, why now was the right time for me, why certain schools were the right fit for me, and why I would contribute to the school. Getting this set up front helped me to become much more clear and intentional in my applications, which was something I did not have in mind without Rashi. I had a mess of ideas that I was ready to throw into essays, but working with Rashi helped me paint a much crisper and more compelling story to the ADCOMs. From upfront storylining to essays to interview prep, Rashi guided me through every step of the process and ensured I was putting my best foot forward.
I fully believe Rashi’s support is the reason I created the compelling applications that I did – which the results show. I was accepted to all 6 schools that I applied to and plan to attend HBS in Fall 2025. I could not recommend working with Rashi more – she helped me take my applications to the next level, which I think was the difference in earning me acceptances to the schools.
