Ruchi is an exceptional MBA admissions consultant whose compassionate approach and outstanding listening skills make her stand out in the industry. From the moment our engagement began, she made an honest effort to understand my unique background and aspirations, ensuring that every conversation felt supportive and tailored to my strengths.
Her ability to craft compelling stories truly transformed my application. Ruchi meticulously helped shape my narrative, highlighting elements that resonated with admissions committees even though I belonged to an overrepresented applicant pool. The authenticity and strategic advice she provided enabled my application to stand out, resulting in multiple interview invitations and several offer letters from prestigious MBA programs.
Working with Ruchi was a deeply enriching experience, not just because of her expertise, but also her genuine care for my success. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to maximise their MBA admissions results with the guidance of someone who is not only knowledgeable but also truly invested in her clients’ journeys.
Three things stood out for me about Ruchi, that made me select her as a counsellor and assured my belief later – that I made the right choice.
1. Macro vision – She is not just an admission counsellor, she is a 360 mentor who has a macro vision. Right from my first trial call with her, she made a note of my life and career roadmap, how I see my future and what college/course would make sense for me given my aspirations. Imagine having your admissions consultant who is not ONLY concerned about that college conversion, but also about your career trajectory and where you ought to belong.
2. Collaborative and adaptive – I wanted to work with someone who I can be 100% honest with, someone who is least judgmental and very easy to gel with. I had my doubts about my profile, gmat score, graduation grades, not on right from when I shared my CV. She showed a lot of faith in my caliber and then there was no turning back. Every career decision was revisited and every small win/loss was documented – which helped us frame the best story for me. She quickly realised I have a unique profile, and there on decided how we can play to our strengths.
3. Organised and punctual – I am somebody who likes to be on time, and I needed someone who can be ahead of time. She perfectly fit this attribute. Our calls were always pre planned, our essays always written ahead of deadlines, and the feedback’s on my essays had TAT of less than 2 days always – which is impeccable. Along with this, as I started getting interview calls (where one really can’t plan ahead of time as we have a v small window to prepare), she was extremely flexible to book calls on urgent basis as well! Win-Win.
Right from the get-go, Ruchi’s work ethic impressed me. Her methodical approach to framing ideas allowed me to condense my experience across 6 years into succinct and impactful essays. She would always be available to brainstorm ideas and did not allow me to settle for anything less than perfection in my essays. Her assistance with interview prep was also super helpful. She gave targeted feedback on my areas of improvement which allowed me to make a lasting impression on interviewers. I ended up with a $120,000 scholarship from CMU Tepper, something beyond my wildest imagination. In today’s uncertain times marked by changes around AI, visa immigration issues, and a choppy job market, I couldn’t recommend Ruchi more. Her guidance to prospective MBA candidates who want to navigate the challenges of the MBA could be a gamechanger!
I found about Ruchi and Mentoresult from a friend who had worked with her before. Across the process, the 1:1 sessions with her were amazing and she helped in the best way possible. I learned so much and was able to sell my profile to the schools. I got the art of cracking interviews, making my resume strong, and cracking multiple top schools. Ruchi has a rich experience and strong knowledge, which is extremely fruitful for every candidate, and I would recommend everyone to try out Mentoresult.
Not only did she help me secure an offer to a top school, but also helped me land Goldman Sachs during my internships!
Working with Ruchi was absolutely worth it in all aspects, including B-school MBA applications and PI preparation.
Her support helped me to gain understanding regarding what actually needs to be considered while writing a B-School application, especially the essays, which is the key part of B-School admissions. The resources shared by her was also fabulous.
I was especially helped by her insight into the interview process for B-Schools, like incorporating real life examples into my answers, modifying the length of my responses and seamlessly talking about my achievements at work and projects. She also added facts and data to my responses.
Being an experienced mentor, Ruchi shared her valuable experience regarding what it really takes to be part of top schools. Each & every session was knowledge enriching and fruitful which finally helped me to make it to my dream school.
Ruchi is extremely helpful, calm and patient. Her insights were unique and directly applicable to my case. She tailored my responses, curating them to the relevant admissions committee.
She is very well-versed in her subject matter and is the best at what she does. She brings out the best in people, helping them recognise their strong points and enhancing their profile, suiting the requirements at hand. Thank you for your invaluable guidance. 🙂
I received admits from all the top MBA programs in the country and a big credit for that goes to Ruchi. Her invaluable insights into the process drastically improved my confidence and helped me ace all my interviews. Ruchi also helped me select my ideal B-school amongst all the offers and helped me find a good fit.
I have spoken to multiple consultants on the journey – but no one has really spent enough time to coach me on the interview process as much as Ruchi. She took the time to understand my journey, my strengths, and my goals, allowing her to provide tailored guidance that truly resonated with me. This personalized approach made a significant difference in the way I presented myself during the interviews and gave me the confidence. What sets Ruchi apart is her unwavering dedication to her clients. Her insightful feedback, attention to detail, and constructive suggestions helped me refine my answers and articulate my story concisely. Ruchi’s ability to provide both positive reinforcement and constructive criticism was invaluable in boosting my confidence and refining my interview skills. Thanks again Ruchi for your help!
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ruchi. She is really kind and approachable – and that made it really easy for me to open up, ask questions, and be myself. What really stood out was how clearly she broke down the interview process. Instead of just giving me a list of “do’s and don’ts,” she helped me understand what the interview was actually testing for and how my profile/goals fit the bill with answer-forming. She also encouraged me to fully embrace my genuine enthusiasm for the school, rather than trying to package myself a certain way. I think that authenticity really came through! Ruchi is also very accessible (replies blazingly fast!) and has accumulated really helpful resources that she very kindly shares when she sees the need. Overall, I would highly recommend working with her!
Ruchi prepped me for 13 schools, out of which I got into 10. She knows what she’s doing, and I’m glad I trusted her.
I only applied in R2, and was admitted into Booth with a 50% scholarship! Additionally, I also received offers from Columbia, Kellogg, Darden (50% scholarship, invite to interview for Oculus fellowship), Tepper (60% scholarship), Anderson (50% scholarship), Foster (50% scholarship), Tuck (15K annually), NUS and INSEAD.
I’d contacted Ruchi because I had immediate deadlines for several schools, and she came through. She gave me a third-person’s perspective, which helped me understand how to make my interviews more conversational and less rigid. Ruchi told me exactly what to drill down on based on the requirements of particular schools. Her biggest contribution was solidifying my “why MBA” answer to make it more punchy and relatable. She also explained ways of making my roles and responsibilities at work sound more impactful and came up with certain quantifiable metrics that I could throw in.
She even very respectfully told me what was bad about or missing from my answers, and because of my time crunch, immediately gave me quick-fixes.
Ruchi did all of this while remaining infinitely calm, measured, sweet, empathetic – and quick on her feet. She is an incredible resource to have. She’s had a wide experience across schools in different continents, and it shows.
Ruchi and I are still in touch, and she even helped edit my resume and sharpen my narrative for consulting recruiting at Booth, which led to two offers.
The experience of collaborating with Ruchi has been nothing short of spectacular. From the very first day I spoke to her, I started to see how strong my profile was. The whole application journey was very well structured, helping me put my best essays forward with no stress. She is a master of her art and knows how to amplify one’s personal and professional impact. Highly recommend her.
I was admitted with a $40,000 scholarship to Babson college, without a GMAT. I applied with a waiver and received an offer with a scholarship! I can’t imagine how I could have gotten in without Ruchi’s help, given that the admission process is so intensely competitive. The application process is really really tough, and having an MBA admissions consultant was extremely helpful to me. I would absolutely recommend anyone applying to an MBA to go for Mentoresult. I absolutely recommend Ruchi for MBA applications, resume building or personal development. Thank you so much for your help and for being the most patient mentor, Ruchi. Please keep up the good work. I am forever grateful.
Ruchi is amazing and knows her job very well. One thing that stood out to me during my time with her was her selfless act and her depth of knowledge and use of words. I got multiple 100% scholarships at T10 schools, including a 100% scholarship and stipend at Haas, University of California Berkeley, where I am a student now! I also received admits from Darden (100% scholarship) and Tuck. I met Ruchi when I was at my lowest time. I had been duped by a bad admissions consultant, and abandoned by them. I only had a few days until my application deadline, which left me in a bad situation, and I was afraid that I could not meet the school deadline. A friend was currently working with Ruchi, and he referred her to me. When I connected with Ruchi that day, she consoled me because I cried to her and worried if I could still meet up with my essays. With Ruchi’s assistance, I was able to meet the deadline and submit my strongest application. She was accommodating in shaping my story. She keeps to her time and provides feedback, assistance, and more than I have paid for. Ever since then, I have been recommending her to my friends all over the world.
I secured offers from multiple top school – Tuck, Johnson, Berkeley Haas, and NYU Stern – Where I received full-tuition with a 100% scholarship! If I had to do this process again, I would gladly go with Ruchi again. I had already tried the MBA application process before, and I had been unsuccessful. So this time, I knew I needed a mentor and guide to succeed. This was EXACTLY what I got after I chose Ruchi at Mentoresult. She’s the best person to help you reach your full potential in the applications. From the ideation process to essay reviews and submission to interview prep, Ruchi was a strong coach, helping me to present the best version of my candidature to the schools I was applying to. With her help, I was able to create the best possible outcomes, culminating into my 100% scholarship offer at Stern. Thank you so much, Ruchi!
