Consultant Bio

Sarah received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in business management from Michigan State University. After earning her MBA, Sarah worked as a management consultant for Boston Consulting Group (BCG), serving clients from a range of industries including financial services, consumer products and technology. More recently, Sarah has worked as Deputy Director at an education organization with a mission to improve public education through the selection and professional development of strong leaders,managing a portfolio of strategic projects, reviewing applications and interviewing candidates for the program.

While in business school, Sarah was heavily involved in many of Wharton’s leadership activities. She served on a consulting team for a Uganda-based nonprofit and was a teaching assistant for a marketing course through the Global Consulting Practicum, served as a director of recruitment for the Social Impact Club, and was selected as a Social Enterprise Leadership Fellow. During her summer, she worked as an Education Pioneers fellow developing hiring and recruitment strategies for school principals at a public school district.

Before attending business school, Sarah served as a sales manager for wine and beverage industry companies Korbel and Young’s Market Company, building brands such as Bacardi rum and Kenwood wines.Applying to and attending business school was a life-changing, positive experience for Sarah, which led to her passion for helping clients create authentic business-school applications that bring to life their unique strengths and qualities.
