Hello, I’m Tiffany!

My background is in consulting and tech, where I spent more than a decade helping leaders navigate ambiguity, craft compelling strategies, and make high-stakes decisions. As a Deloitte consultant, I worked across strategy, innovation, and transformation projects. As a Microsoft business strategist, I led cross-functional teams to support executive decisions on product, pricing, and growth. In these roles, my job was to bring clarity to complex situations. I bring that same approach to coaching.

What I have found to be most meaningful in my career has always been the people side of the work — supporting others, helping them grow, and being part of their journey toward something bigger. That is what led me to take the plunge and become a career coach more than 4 years ago.

I have been in your shoes — I was admitted to Berkeley-Haas, Wharton, and UCLA and ultimately got my MBA from Berkeley-Haas. I understand how challenging and overwhelming the MBA application process can be. My approach is grounded in active listening, thoughtful guidance, and steady support. I’ll help you connect the dots between your past, present, and future, while making sure your application reflects who you are in an authentic and impactful way.
