Vibha Kagzi embodies everything that ReachIvy.com stands for. From being a pioneer in the education field to authoring several articles and a book, she has broken the glass ceiling and established herself as a doyen in the field of education.

Educational Background
Vibha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She has also studied at the University of California (Berkeley), London School of Economics, Indian School of Business and Xavier’s Institute of Communications. She is a certified Leadership coach at Coach for Life, USA. A case study she published at Harvard for the Negotiations Department has been incorporated into the teaching curriculum at the school.

Professional Background
Vibha has worked in New York for BlackRock Securities, an asset management firm, contributed to her family business of fashion accessories and has helped a California-based hedge fund to set up their business in India.

Awards and Achievements
• Vibha is the author of the book “Break the MBA Code”, published by Jaico Publishing House, and has been featured extensively across different forms of media, with articles in the Economic Times, Indian Express, DNA, Your Story, Business Standard, She the People, and many more publications. Vibha’s insights on career guidance, studying abroad and education have also been aired on popular radio channels such as Radio One and Radio City. She has created a niche on Quora as well, where she is recognized as an expert in the study abroad space with over 3.5 million views to her answers.
• Vibha is on the Executive Board of the Harvard Club of Mumbai and has served as President for 4 years bringing alumni together. She is also on the Carnegie Mellon Admissions Council. She is also the host of a weekly career guidance show called House of Experts, a podcast on Spotify and a monthly Ask me Anything on Instagram to help students with their study abroad and career related queries.
• She was serving as the Chairperson of the Knowledge and Education Committee at the Indian Merchants’ Chambers in 2021-2022 where she organizes events with top professionals form the industry to help share knowledge to influence the minds of the youth.

Vibha dons many other hats as a certified yoga trainer and an open water diver. She is also proficient in French and has travelled extensively, visiting over 67 countries across six continents.
