    Your early challenges are an important part of your narrative and something that only adds in a positive way to your overall story. Sure, your stats aren’t going to drive you into INSEAD and you are in the most overrepresented part of the MBA applicant pool which does you no favors. But you bring solid work experience to the game. My other worry about your application is the lack of international experience. It looks to me like you moved to Canada for grad school and perhaps stayed there to build your career. But India to Canada does not necessarily make for a true global applicant to INSEAD.
