I build products with evidence. Over 3+ years in telecom, Highlights: reduced acquisition churn meaningfully using early risk signals, improved international roaming acquisition with a double-digit CPA drop on the flagship pack, and rolled out multilingual journeys on the Airtel ThanksApp across 12 Indian languages that reached tens of millions of users. I also led a real-time bank-impersonation alert that made our platform safer and easier to trust. I’ve shipped impact across B2C and B2B LOBs at Airtel.
How I work: start with the user and the goal, write a tight PRD, run clean experiments with guardrails, and translate model metrics into LTV, CAC, CPA, and retention so decisions stick. I lead without title by aligning Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal and by mentoring juniors to demo-ready quality.
I care about inclusion. I founded CraddleCare, a simple neonatal micro-guide used in community sessions across multiple districts. I recently completed the Microsoft AI Product Manager Professional Certificate to deepen discovery, roadmapping, and responsible AI.

There’s much to admire in your profile. You have a competitive INSEAD profile, especially with a strong tech foundation, early leadership in product impact, a social angle with CraddleCare, and a global outlook. But success in INSEAD’s holistic(and highly competitive admissions process hinges less on raw numbers and more on clarity of purpose, leadership narrative, and authentic school fit. So if you want to increase your shot at an INSEAD acceptance I would suggest that you sharpen your post-MBA goal from “AI Product Manager” to one that is more specific and meaningful for INSEAD. The school generally wants clarity and proof of exploration — not wishful thinking. So instead of saying “I want to be an AI product manager in tech,” you might say your goal …

So if you want to increase your shot at an INSEAD acceptance I would suggest that you sharpen your post-MBA goal from “AI Product Manager” to one that is more specific and meaningful for INSEAD. The school generally wants clarity and proof of exploration — not wishful thinking. So instead of saying “I want to be an AI product manager in tech,” you might say your goal is to “advance into AI product leadership focused on responsible, inclusive AI at a global fintech or enterprise SaaS company. At INSEAD I plan to deepen my product strategy skills through electives in digital transformation and AI, engage the AI & Tech Club, and pursue the INSEAD Entrepreneurship Accelerator to prototype an inclusive fintech product for emerging markets.”
This change demonstrates specific intention as well as proof of research and school-specific engagement.
Linking your goals to concrete program elements can matter significantly at INSEAD. So tie your personal narrative to international motivation. After all, INSEAD lives global experience. Use your background to strengthen multicultural product rollouts and a global career trajectory. Connect your experience in India with INSEAD’s multi-campus and global class mix. Show how you’ll bring a nuanced view of emerging markets and AI’s role across cultures to the classroom.
INSEAD doesn’t just want someone who held titles — they want someone who created impact through influence and initiative. So highlight your leadership behaviors (mentoring, aligning cross-functional teams), learning from failure and iteration and provide evidence of influencing others without authority (e.g., guiding engineers, product pivots, community initiatives).
Finally, make a more convincing case for “why INSEAD.” You need an authentic reason that goes beyond general claims like “global school” or “one-year MBA.” Admissions teams want deeper personal alignment with INSEAD’s mission and community. Good hooks include mentioning specific INSEAD faculty, clubs, research centers relevant to product and AI, the global ecosystem and stories (get them from our Meet the Class series on INSEAD) of community and collaboration that mirror your personal values
If you can do the things, your odds increase beyond the 35% I am currently giving you. Good luck!
