Mr. Future AI Product Manager

I build products with evidence. Over 3+ years in telecom, Highlights: reduced acquisition churn meaningfully using early risk signals, improved international roaming acquisition with a double-digit CPA drop on the flagship pack, and rolled out multilingual journeys on the Airtel ThanksApp across 12 Indian languages that reached tens of millions of users. I also led a real-time bank-impersonation alert that made our platform safer and easier to trust. I’ve shipped impact across B2C and B2B LOBs at Airtel.

How I work: start with the user and the goal, write a tight PRD, run clean experiments with guardrails, and translate model metrics into LTV, CAC, CPA, and retention so decisions stick. I lead without title by aligning Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal and by mentoring juniors to demo-ready quality.

I care about inclusion. I founded CraddleCare, a simple neonatal micro-guide used in community sessions across multiple districts. I recently completed the Microsoft AI Product Manager Professional Certificate to deepen discovery, roadmapping, and responsible AI.
