    I presume that you are applying to Kellogg in the R3+ rolling cycle and opted to apply now since the GMAT/GRE was not required. Unfortunately, they will be looking even more closely at your transcript with a subpar GPA when they don’t have other quantitative measures to evaluate your ability to take on the rigor of the program.

    Another reason for the low odds is that your goal of PE/VC in Greentech/Foodtech does not appear to have any connection with other aspects of your experience. It is extremely tough to get into VC out of MBA programs, especially if you don’t have former VC experience, experience in the target industry or ibanking experience.
