Aerospace and defense is certainly a differentiated sector that business schools don’t see often! This is Debbie Choy from mbaMission. I think you have a lot of strengths in your profile – robust academics (GPA and GMAT), strong work trajectory (promotion), demonstrated leadership at work and during college. One area to consider beefing up is your current community leadership activities. Are you involved with any community organizations on a regular basis right now? I assumed from “Annual Non-Profit Volunteer Fellow” that this is an annual commitment? If you’re not involved regularly with a community organization, it’s not too late to get engaged.
