Rebuilding a village for our workforce that lived next to our factory in the Philippines. This was a coordinated effort that led me to manage a team of over 30 people as well as local volunteers on the ground. Was able to maintain a First-Class average (4.0 GPA) while working full time and managing a team of 10 people across 3 offices.
Return to the company as it scales up and deploy my new insights and skills to help the company grow.

So as you may already know, at the age of 22 you are a bit young for an MBA at a world class institution like London. A little more work experience would allow you to row right onto the campus. Everything else about you looks really solid, from your perfect GPA at King’s College to your work accomplishments. Sure, you could do better on the GRE and if you could stand it, I would recommend that you retake it and get your score closer to 320. One surprising thing to me about your profile is the fact you are 22 but have four years of work experience. Based on your big life win, it appears you were working full time while also going to school? Even so, I think a few more years would be greatly beneficial to your candidacy. So here’s my advice: Apply but if you don’t get what you want, just hold back and reapply the following year. You have plenty of time. Be a little patient with yourself. Learn and accomplish more so that when you get to business school you will be better prepared to take full advantage of the experience.
