– I faced significant immigration challenges post college forcing me into a 1.5 year gap but I was able to turn my career around to land a job at a top 3 Bulge Bracket Bank. – I closed private equity investments with value of $1B+ across the US, Europe and Latin America.
I plan on returning to Private Equity post-MBA but I hope to acquire strong business management skills which will be helpful to transition to a more operational focused PE role. My long term goal is to go back to my country and develop world class local businesses to serve Africans needs.
