My immediate tough love advice: Retake the GMAT. A 680 from an Indian applicant who majored in computer science and engineering is on the low side for your demographic. Believe me, I hate standardized tests and I would hate the idea of having to sit for it yet again. But for you, it would make a very big difference at INSEAD where the faculty are very much involved in admission decisions and like to see strong stats. It’s a real plus that you work for a Fortune 500 company and have made the transition from an engineering role to a product management role.
