I’d love for you to get back in touch when you have an actual GMAT score. It can be hard to do profiles with expected numbers. Invest in the exam and make sure to get that score up.
I’m not so worried about your 2.1. In my experience, that equates more to a B+ than a B so I think you will be okay there. Don’t try to do this conversion yourself in your applications — always ask the school how they want you to handle your 2.1. Some programs will tell you to enter 0 and then just explain your GPA in the optional essay because it’s not on a 4.0 scale.

I’m loving this combo of UAE upbringing and UK education! I think that will help you stand out in this process. Not something we see very often! Your extracurricualrs are also amazing.
Given that you are so interesting, I’m giving you slightly higher chances at GSB than the average of 6%, but just understand that if you are not successful, it’s not you! GSB is tougher than tough for anyone and they say themselves that 80% of the people they reject are totally qualified to be there.
I like LBS for you a lot and assuming a 730+ GMAT score, I’d suggest you go for Haas and Yale too. They may fit your goals and interests.

Stratus Admissions Counseling Odds Assessment: 20%

Hi, it’s Jennifer Jackson from Stratus Admissions. You have a lot of solid work experience and some wonderful extracurriculars. Your expected GMAT would be a solid score but the GPA looks a bit soft (if it’s a 3.0 US). That said, a good GMAT can help offset a lower GPA. What I really like to see is a passion for something that plays out not only in your life so far with your extracurriculars but in your future career goals — sustainability. Make sure you use those GSB essays to really connect those dots. Perhaps share something that you experienced or learned in your work outside of your job with the clean rivers, for example, and how that helped inform your career goals. The reason …
