Description: In this course, students will learn how to develop a financial model for operating and scaling a business. Starting with a stand-alone profit center, students will grow their business, learning to connect each unit’s operational and administrative financials. In the process, they will estimate cost structures based on the reach of their business, establishing price points and gross margins necessary to maintain profitability and continued scaling. The course is designed for entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders looking to get a handle on areas like overhead, depreciation, and sales.
