What has been your favorite course or extracurricular activity at IIM Indore? What has been the most important lesson that you have learned from it? My favorite IIM Indore course is “Problem Solving and Decision Making.” It honed my analytical thinking and provided a structured approach to tackling complex issues. The most crucial lesson was embracing uncertainty. The course taught me that decision-making isn’t always about having perfect information, but about making the best choice with what’s available. This skill has proven invaluable in academic and real-world scenarios, empowering me to navigate challenges confidently and pragmatically. It’s a fundamental skill set I’ll carry into my professional journey.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Creating a Question Paper Setting Module from scratch and spearheading its implementation marked a significant milestone in my career. This endeavor not only streamlined the assessment process, but also propelled a pivotal digital transformation within the organization. This achievement is a testament to my ability to conceptualize and execute innovative solutions, driving positive educational practice changes. It showcases my dedication to leveraging technology for enhanced outcomes and underscores my commitment to advancing education through forward-thinking initiatives.

Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far: My most notable accomplishment as an MBA student has been my remarkable communication skills improvement. I’ve transformed from a reserved communicator to an articulate and confident speaker through concerted effort and practice. This evolution has been instrumental in presentations, negotiations, and networking, enabling me to convey ideas effectively and connect with diverse audiences. It’s not just about words; it’s about conveying intent and building relationships.

What has been your most memorable experience at IIM Indore? Why was it so special? My most memorable experience at IIM Indore was the impromptu parties we organized amidst our hectic schedules of exams and assignments. These moments were special because they allowed us to unwind and forge deeper connections with classmates. It showed me the importance of balancing hard work with moments of pure joy and relaxation. These spontaneous celebrations provided cherished memories and strengthened our cohort’s bonds, making it an integral part of my journey at IIM Indore.

What do you hope to do after graduation? After graduation, my aspiration is to secure a position with significant decision-making responsibilities that empower me to create a positive social impact. I envision contributing to initiatives or projects that drive meaningful change, whether in a corporate setting with a strong CSR focus or within a nonprofit organization dedicated to a noble cause. I aim to leverage my skills and knowledge gained during my MBA to lead teams and implement strategies that yield financial success and generate tangible benefits for communities and society at large.
