We also asked 2024 graduates if their online MBA degrees directly led them to changing job functions. Those using the degree to switch functions fell to 44.29% from 47% last year.

Graduates of the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business reported the highest rate of job function changes at 90%. Bryant University came next with 75% of 2024 graduates reporting changing job functions.

Of the 57 schools from which we collected data, 18 had at least 50% of their alumni report that they used the degree to change roles.
