Michigan Ross is best known for experiential learning programming like MAP, Living Business Leadership Experience, and the Leadership Crisis Challenge. What experiential program interests you the most? I’m most interested in MAP because of its focus on hands-on, real-world experience, which allows students to apply classroom knowledge to actual business challenges. This experience should help in enhancing my problem-solving abilities and preparing me for real-world situations.

Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of Michigan Ross’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? Aside from my classmates, I chose Michigan Ross for its strong career services, particularly the FACT Groups and the excellent Career Development Office. These program and /services offer targeted career guidance and personalized coaching, which will be helpful during the recruiting process.

What course, club, or activity excites you the most at Michigan Ross? I’m most excited about the Corporate Strategy course — I’m looking forward to putting on a general manager’s hat and thinking through strategic decision-making via case studies. This course will help me sharpen my analytical skills in preparation for leadership roles where this type of insight is crucial.

Looking at your recruitment, what was the moment when you realized that the Ross School was the right MBA program for you? Why? I realized that Ross was right for me when I visited Ann Arbor and met with current students.  Their genuine enthusiasm and willingness to share their experiences gave me a real sense of the supportive community at Ross. Hearing firsthand about their journeys, the opportunities they’ve had, and the strong network they’ve built made it clear that Ross was the perfect environment for me to grow.

What is your unique quality that will enable you to make a big contribution to the Class of 2026? Why? My unique quality is my ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to a team. I plan to leverage this energy at Ross to foster community spirit and support my peers in making the most of our MBA experience.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Helping bring a major U.S. hospital system onto my company’s medical data management platform.

What advice would you give to help potential applicants gain admission into Michigan Ross’s MBA program? Talk with Ross Students to get a feel for the culture and what makes Ross unique!
