Undergraduate School and Major: McGill University – BCom in Finance (Major), Economics (Minor) Most Recent Employer and Job Title: Client Manager – Off-Plan Investments, Espace Real Estate How has the case method enriched your learning? The case method has pushed me to move from passive learning to active leadership. Rather than just absorb concepts, I’m constantly challenged to apply them in real time; under pressure, with incomplete information, and surrounded by diverse perspectives. It’s sharpened my ability to structure ambiguity, ask the right questions, and influence others through logic and empathy. Whether it’s navigating an M&A deal or a failing supply chain, I’ve learned how to think like a decision-maker, not just a student. That mindset shift has been transformational. Aside from classmates and cases, what part of the school’s MBA programming led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? Ivey’s emphasis on real leadership, not just as a subject, but as a lived experience, stood out to me. From Day 1, the school empowers students to take ownership of the community, lead clubs, and shape the MBA journey for others. That hands-on leadership opportunity, combined with Ivey’s tight-knit alumni and community format, made it clear I’d be surrounded by people invested in each other’s growth. It’s why I ran for MBAA President; not just to learn about leadership, but to practice it where it matters. Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Building and launching SportsPort Technologies, a platform that gave athletes and fans a way to track performance and connect with coaches. As a solo founder, I led everything from ideation to branding to MVP development using React and AWS. It taught me how to build from scratch and trust my creative gut. Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far: Serving as MBAA President has been a meaningful experience. It’s allowed me to support my classmates in practical ways — whether through career support, social events, sports events, coordinating across clubs, or simply being someone people can turn to. It’s taught me a lot about listening, leading with empathy, and building community. What has been your most memorable experience as an Ivey MBA thus far? Hands down, it has been the friendships. From late-night case prep to spontaneous kitchen table chats at 195 Dundas, I’ve built connections that feel like family. The people have truly made this experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find this much support, laughter, and growth all in one place. Where is your favorite hang-out in London (Ontario)? Why do you (or your classmates) gravitate there? 195 Dundas. If you know, you know. What do you hope to do after graduation (at this point)? Launch my own company or join an MBB firm – whichever adventure comes first (and keeps me on my toes).
