Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of the Indian School of Business’ PGP programming that led you to choose this school, and why was it so important to you? It is the strong community that the school provides. I remember someone told me that this is something that no one can take from you: the network of dedicated, hardworking and creative individuals, who will always be willing to support one another. We also saw this during our resume-making period, where all alumni were extremely helpful, despite having extremely hectic schedules themselves.

What has been your favourite course or extracurricular activity at the Indian School of Business? What has been the most important lesson that you have learned from it? My favourite course was Frontier Technology. It struck the perfect balance between new-age tech trends and core systems like Blockchain. Coming from a non-tech background, the course really sparked my interest in technology – so much so that I now plan to major in Information Systems.

What makes Hyderabad/Mohali such a great place to earn your PGP? Mohali is a growing city. Every day, we see a new place opening up in the vicinity of the college. Chandigarh, which is just a 20-minute drive away, also provides the serenity and peace, which sometimes is a major requirement from the daily hustle and bustle of the PGP program. Furthermore, the proximity of Mohali to the Delhi-NCR area is helpful, as all major MNCs are just a drive away.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: For me, accomplishment has never been one fixed milestone: it has been a journey of continuously raising the bar. From earning a placement at J.P. Morgan right out of undergrad, to pivoting into consulting, to now pursuing my MBA at ISB, each stage has been a dream I worked towards. What I value most is not just checking off these goals, but the drive to keep challenging myself. Today, my biggest accomplishment is staying committed to this growth mindset – one that I hope will carry me into entrepreneurship while also building a secure career path.

Describe your biggest accomplishment as a PGP student so far: My biggest accomplishment at ISB has been not giving in to the intense pressure of the program. Instead, I learned to channel it – discovering how much can be achieved in a single day when I value every hour. Managing classes, assignments, and the 100 activities buzzing across campus, while still making space for fun, taught me balance and prioritisation. For me, the real win has been building resilience, using time effectively, and moving forward with consistency.

What is your class’s favourite hangout away from school? Why do you gather there? For our batch, CP67 and Sukhna Lake have become the go-to hangout spots. CP67, thanks to its proximity to campus, is perfect for a quick escape – whether it’s food, movies, or a round of shopping. Joints like Nik Bakers and YouMee have become crowd favourites. On the other hand, Sukhna Lake is reserved for those nights that stretch into early mornings. A short cab ride brings us to its serene waters, where we relax, recharge, and soak in the calm – until it’s time to face the next day’s deadlines.

What do you hope to do after graduation? After graduation, I hope to build something of my own. I know entrepreneurship comes with its share of risks, but I want to give it a real shot. Having worked on a venture before, I experienced firsthand how gratifying it is to see the impact you create in real time. With the learnings and exposure from the PGP course, I aim to build a more robust venture – one that creates a meaningful difference.
