Headquartered in Southern California, with talented admissions consultants in North America, Europe, and Asia, Accepted can assist you, no matter where you are. With a staff of former admissions directors, published authors, and experienced consultants, we’ve been helping MBA applicants to top business schools for more than 20 years. We know the admissions biz. We know how to help you get accepted.
I worked with Natalie to develop the application and prepare for interviews. I will be attending HBS in the fall, and it is all because of Natalie. She gave me incredibly helpful guidance to really make my essays stand-out. She really understood my story and made sure it shined. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was successful. I couldn’t recommend her more!
I had a great time working with Natalie in crafting my application. I signed up for the comprehensive MBA application package through Accepted. From the get-go, you can tell that Natalie genuinely cared and was invested in getting the best MBA outcome for me. She went above and beyond with the time she spent in ensuring that I had the best application. She was also very hands-on with the process and helping me draft the essay. I am really grateful for the interest she showed in my MBA candidacy and the time she was willing to spend in helping me. I was able to get into the top schools of my choice because of her help.
I cannot be more grateful for Natalie’s help during my admission process. I was placed on the waitlist by one of my dream schools. I was so lost and Natalie guided me through the waitlist process, helped me craft my waitlist updates. She never gave up on me, she encouraged me to keep following up with the school when I was about to give up. After sending several waitlist letters and rounds of following up, I finally got accepted by my dream school! I would not make it to where I am today without Natalie.
Natalie was instrumental in helping me get into my target school with a merit scholarship! I signed up for a package with Natalie after having tried another company/consultant that I was very disappointed with. Natalie had all the qualities and skills that I was missing in the first consultant I had booked. She was extremely professional, very responsive, provided great feedback and ideas, and most importantly – she was always so supportive of me and encouraging as I went through the application process. Many people do not talk about how demoralizing the application process can be and how a candidate may constantly second guess themselves or feel that they are not good enough for the program of their dreams. It is crucial that you find a consultant that is realistic, but also builds your confidence and pushes you to see what you’re worth. You will get this with Natalie. I am so grateful that I reached out to Linda at Accepted.com and was paired with Natalie. It was a small investment that is well worth it in the long run.
I worked with Esmeralda Cardenal during the entire admissions process and applied to four schools. I had worked with consulting services before, but have always been kind of disappointed with the results. I was definitely a little doubtful at first but decided to give it a shot because I wasn’t confident in my ability in submitting an application that brought out my best. I realize after going through the process that I absolutely would not have achieved what I did without her assistance and support. She was an integral part of my applications, especially with the multiple essays required by the schools. I needed help crafting a story that highlighted my strengths and depicted why I need a graduate degree, and that’s exactly what Esmeralda did. Sometimes we sent the essays back and forth four or five times, but she was detailed and patient each time in pointing out the things that could be further improved. I didn’t think I was a very strong candidate because I didn’t have a stellar GPA and have never worked in large companies, but with her help, I got accepted to McCombs’s MSM and Fuqua’s MMS program. Still waiting on one more, but I already know I’m going to Duke because I also received a pretty great scholarship!! Definitely never imagined I would be a scholarship candidate, especially since I applied during the second to last deadline. It’s hard to put into words how amazing she’s been during this process. If I were to pursue further studies or have friends that are looking for consulting services, I would undoubtedly recommend Esmeralda and Accepted to them. Many many thanks to Esmeralda and the Accepted team. Please continue to do what you guys do so that students like myself are one step closer to their dreams and goals!!
I got to know accepted via B-school selectivity index. https://www.accepted.com/mba/selectivity-index. Natalie contacted me for the free consultation session after I left my information to Accepted.
I think that I was really lucky to have that consultation session with Natalie. She demonstrated exactly what a trustworthy and capable consultant would do. Instead of hard-selling, she showed the willingness to understand me as a person. Instead of focusing on the master application, she guided me on how I should approach my long-term career goal and how the MBA could be leveraged to help me achieve that. I had talked to other consultants before, but after chatting with Natalie, I knew that I do not need to explore further and that she is the consultant who I will work with. I bought the 1-school package the next day.
Throughout the application process, Natalie has been extremely resourceful, encouraging, and caring. She has answers to all my questions, including sensitive ones, and guided me on how to approach the MBA application strategically and wisely. Her review and advice on my application package are very precise and profound. She has been motivational. I always get energy from her whenever I doubt myself.
I believe that Natalie contributes a lot to Accepted’s branding, and I will never hesitate to recommend my friends to her for their B-school applications
Hello all!
Accepted helped me get into 3/5 Top 15 schools. I will be going to Darden this fall !
Background: I spoke with multiple consultants before my journey began and ended up going with Natalie Epstein from Accepted (She was an admissions director at two of the schools that I wanted to apply to and she seemed awesome).
Journey: I went with the comprehensive school package for 1 school and the journey began! We would meet on a weekly basis, ironing out each aspect of the application. Natalie provided her expert and helpful guidance on each step and it was truly a wonderful experience. Natalie had very insightful thoughts and advice regarding each and every step and I believe it definitely helped bring creativity to my application and the much needed “life” to words. I was so impressed by the results that I requested Natalie’s assistance for all of my remaining schools (though I went on an hourly basis for each of the essays).
Natalie went out of her way to help me out on many occasions and I am really thankful to her for that.
All in all, I would highly recommend Natalie Epstein from Accepted for your MBA application. One advice from my side would be to start your journey with Accepted early so you can fully utilize their range of advice (incase you need to take your GMAT again for your target schools, as an example).
Thank you very much for all your efforts Natalie – I truly appreciate it!!
Every year I meet five to eight people that change my life. Esmeralda is one. She has been instrumental in obtaining my acceptance into London Business School and Columbia, and separately, her advice has advanced my career: big kudos to Esmeralda. You want her in your support network.
I could not have done it without Esmeralda! Round 1 was a complete bust for me. I underestimated the MBA process and did not know what I was doing and, I had the results to prove it.
I am so grateful I was matched with Esmeralda for my R2 applications. She helped me strategize and maximize my story to highlight my strengths. I went from receiving rejections in RI to receiving interview invites from every school I applied to in R2, and I will be attending a T10 program with almost a full-ride scholarship this fall!
Esme went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely flexible with her schedule, especially for my last-minute interview prep. She pushes you and encourages you to pull out the gold in your story and will help you polish it to set you apart.
My only regret is that I didn’t find Esme sooner – my R1 results probably would have been different if I had her help.
Working with Esme was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I highly recommend her.
No words can describe how perfect Natalie was throughout the process. She starts off by listening to your story all the way from your childhood to where you are now. She really wants to get to know you before she helps you with curating your story.
In the process, she will also pool her resources, notably her husband, who is extremely knowledgeable and an expert on admissions, in general, to help you out.
I was waitlisted in R1 at my dream school, but Natalie never gave up on me. She helped me by asking the school for feedback and continuously throughout the process to finally help me to get admitted to my dream school.
She is your guardian in this whole process of admissions. Choose her and you will not regret.
Thank you, Natalie!!!
I worked with Natalie on general application strategy, essay writing, and preparation for the Wharton TBD. She took the time to learn my story and help me tell my story to the admissions department. Specifically, Natalie was part of the mock TBD session and provided direct and useful feedback that I used during the real thing. As a result, I will be starting at Wharton this fall!
I worked with Esmeralda on interview preparation, specifically for Wharton’s TBD. The diverse and engaging group that Accepted gathered for the mock group interview efficiently prepared me and made me feel much more comfortable in the real thing. Esmeralda listened in during the session and provided immediate feedback to each candidate right after the interview ended. As a result, I will be going to Wharton this fall!
I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not have gone through the B-school application process without Esmeralda’s help. From the first consultation, I knew Esmeralda was going to be a great fit. She was attentive to my goals, had the experience that I needed to guide me, and was familiar with my target MBA programs. Through Esmeralda’s guidance, I applied through the Consortium first round – something which I would not have thought to do on my own. Esmeralda pushed me to think about my goals and the best fit for my school. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing my essays and helping to make my voice and perspective stand out. I found her interview coaching very helpful as well – I went into all my interviews feeling prepared and confident. Because of my work with Esmeralda, I was accepted to my top schools with full rides at both of them. Esmeralda always responded quickly to my inquiries and was accommodating of my schedule. She even worked on the weekends with me when I needed last-minute help close to my deadlines. I am incredibly grateful to Esmeralda and Accepted. I would highly recommend an MBA consultant – it was well worth the investment.
I worked with Natalie on all parts of my application (essay brainstorming, essay editing, resume, short answers, interview prep), and she was incredibly supportive and helpful.
Her methodology for brainstorming and pulling content/themes together for essays was so helpful. She was supportive and gave me the confidence to share my full self in my apps but was also honest and direct when I needed to be pushed. She builds strong personal relationships with her clients and truly cares about their success both in MBA applications but in their careers and lives going forward.
I’m headed to Wharton in the fall on a merit-based scholarship, and Natalie played a huge part in helping me get here.
My experience with Esme was absolutely superior. To make it simple I would argue this based on three key pieces of evidence from my own experience. First, Esme was straightforward in our communication. She was honest and clear, two aspects that are fundamental when you are applying to pursue your MBA at a top business school around the world. She was completely engaged in what was best for me, the candidate. Second, she provides top quality comments and advice in a very short period of time. Although we worked always with a good margin of time, this fast pace on working allowed us to make as many turns and tweaks as possible. Lastly, she was always very nice, something valuable as applying to business school might become stressful at some point. I would absolutely recommend working with Esmeralda!
I had worked with Michelle from December of 2017 to May of 2019. For about one and a half years, Michelle helped me to strengthen my application packages. As a result, I got offers from various schools, and I got waitlisted at several top schools.
Looking back, I thought that I was not a really good applicant. She constantly asked questions to fill the gap between attractive applicants and me. She always encouraged me to find “true” myself. Supported by her, I could enhance my candidacy and get into one of my dream schools!
She is a great reviewer, consultant, and interviewer. I highly recommend Michelle!
Michelle was very helpful in getting my essays from okay to great in just a few days. Definitely worth it!
Before I speak any good things about Accepted and Esmeralda, please see my results:
I got accepted by an S16 business school in NY, where I always wanted to start my MBA. I also got accepted by 6 other top 25 schools. I received a full scholarship, 40% scholarship, and 60% scholarship from some schools I applied to. Oh, by the way, I basically finished all these schools applications within two or three weeks.
I was talking to a few admission service providers around mid-Dec 2018, a few days before Christmas. I decided to work with Esmeralda because she appeared more willing to help while other providers’ attitude was like “ok if you want me I will help otherwise I have other customers too”. Also, Esmeralda talked to me about options I could take based on my interest and financial situations. She didn’t oversell me anything at all. So to me, it was an easy decision to make. And based on my final results, I made the right decision.
Esmeralda basically led the entire process when I worked with her. She knew how I should approach the essays, pick my stories, focus on my strength in writing, and simplify certain points on my resume. In summary, she knows her stuff and knows how to utilize those to maximize my odds.
Esmeralda was willing to help during late nights and holidays. Dec is definitely an inconvenient month since many applications are usually due in Jan. But Esmeralda managed to deliver all her thoughts, comments, and corrections in a very timely manner.
I never had a struggling moment, or tension, with Esmeralda. She’s professional and patient, and I trust her with all the decisions and picks. I will suggest any candidates to trust good providers, such as Esmeralda – understand her feedback, respect her comments, and follow accordingly.
I started working with Natalie a few months before the round 1 admissions deadline and she helped with most aspects of the application (resume, essays, interview, etc.). She gave me the confidence to hit submit and nail my interviews! She helped keep me calm as the stress of applications sometimes felt overwhelming (especially when juggling that with work). With her help, I got accepted into 3 top business schools and received a merit-based scholarship. I will be attending HBS in the Fall and I can’t imagine doing this process without her help. I would recommend her to anyone applying to business school.
Michelle took me from a completely blank slate to three well-crafted essays for my Columbia Business School application. I started out thinking that my application was undifferentiated, but Michelle helped me draw on my experience and asked probing questions to find unique points in my story. She then helped me find my “voice”, and write about my experiences in a clear, concise manner. I would highly recommend Michelle to other applicants. Michelle is very well versed in the CBS admission process.
What can I say?
I absolutely could not have survived this journey without Natalie. Her guidance throughout the whole process was second to none. I really enjoyed all of our conversations and I could not be more appreciative of her continuing support. In the end, it all worked out better than I could have imagined. I got admitted to my number one choice of USC and it was largely thanks to Natalie.
She is, by miles, the very best out there. Would recommend her to any/everyone I know who is looking to apply.
I used Natalie on three separate occasions: first for a one-hour consulting session and twice for interview coaching sessions. First, I found Accepted’s rates reasonable when compared to other consulting services given Natalie’s background. Second, the communication between Natalie and me was great! She was always quick to respond. As for the consulting sessions themselves, Natalie was a HUGE help, especially with my interviews. I don’t have a ton of practice with interviews, and I don’t think I would have gotten into Columbia and Stern without her help. As a side note, I also had interviews at Fuqua and Darden last year. I did not use an admissions coach beforehand, and I was waitlisted at both schools. With Natalie’s help, I had much better interviews with Columbia and Stern and was able to get into both. I also liked that Natalie provided me with both verbal and written feedback, as it was helpful to refer back to her emails later. During our mock interviews, she was appropriately critical, but by the end, she left me feeling very confident in my ability to interview well.
A year ago I was desperate looking for help to make my applications and full of stress because I was not able to dedicate all the time I wanted to my MBA dream. Then Esmeralda appear! For the first time, I was able actually to count with someone and to find some guidance during the process. It was the first time that I heard about Georgetown and the world full of possibilities. Unfortunately, I was not able to finish my application, I got “burned out” because of my work and in the end, I was frustrated because besides been sick I had accomplished nothing. But there, it was you who understand and gave the chance of trying again. I have to confess that after finish my last of three applications a couple of days ago, I cry a bit. Finally, I was able to do it, and it was thanks to Esmeralda, and that is why I wanted to s hare this words even without knowing if I am going to be admitted to any school. I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and highlight some of the aspects that I consider make Esmeralda’s advice unique, sincere and incomparable. 1. It’s not about making the essays, is about discover our strengths and share them. Here I was not a client that deliver a description and received an essay NO! Here I was a person, advice by another who patiently was guiding the process. Here I learned not only about MBA applications but about how to write an essay, how to make a video, how to handle an interview. 2. This a service of excellence. The knowledge of the consultant is amazing. They know what they are talking about. They can offer new possibilities and suggest new schools and different approaches always through a delicate but very direct feedback. 3. The level of commitment is incredible. I always received my essays on time even sometimes before t he date. I always received answer for my emails immediately, and I never felt alone, I always feel the presence and the motivation of Esmeralda 4. I feel that is worth it. I have, to be honest; it is not easy to pay because it is a lot of money, but it totally deserves it. The help is fantastic. Finally, I would make a special thank Esmeralda. It is hard to describe in words for another language the gratitude that I have for her. Her words were always a motivation to do not give up, to go ahead and try. It did not matter how many times we had to review something; the objective was to achieve the best essay, the best answer. Different from other experience here, thanks to Esmeralda, I never feel like a client, I feel more like a student in a school in which my teacher really care about me. I was surprised how well Esmeralda got to know me, how she was able to memorize all my life, all my goals, all my dreams and have a pool of options ready for a new essay, f or a new school. It was so great working with her, that I have to confess that I am going to miss that!
I’m sorry for taking so long to write this, but the summer has been insane (as I’m sure it has been for you). Now that the dust has settled I wanted to thank you for your help in getting me to Kellogg. It is way beyond what I ever thought I was capable of and I wouldn’t even have known that I was a candidate were it not for you — I will never forget what you’ve done for me, and want you to know that you’ve contributed to something that is truly life-changing for me (even BEFORE I go and do whatever I will do during and after my time there). The work you do is truly life-changing. If there is ANYTHING I can do to be of help in the future, you know where to find me. I’m certain we won’t lose touch!
I hired the essay editing service from Accepted and was assigned Esmeralda as my consultant. She showed a deep knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the business schools I was applying to and helped me realise the aspects of my profile that I needed to highlight. Additionally, her recommendations were very practical, which made things very easy. She also answered my emails extremely fast, it was like having someone dedicated only to me! I felt she was genuinely interested in helping me. I was finally accepted in all of the programs I applied to! Couldn’t have done it without her
