Some of the stories I shared with Niketa, I was uncomfortable sharing with other counselors. Niketa has a way of making the applicant feel comfortable and safe. These touchy-feely stories are exactly what makes an application stand out.

She drops tonnes of gems, and there is so much to learn from her.

– Accessibility is underrated: For first-timers, the application process can feel VERY daunting. In my first year of applying, I was constantly riddled with anxiety and uncertainty, but in working with Niketa, I had a seamless and joyful experience. She was always a phone call and text message away. She follows an open calendar policy, has sometimes reviewed essay drafts with a TAT of 2 hours, and also replied to my texts at 3 A.M. It is due to these reasons that once while making major changes to my essay, 30 minutes before the final submission deadline, I was calm as a cucumber. Pro tip – Do not let business school applications take over your life. Breathe, and know that it’s also a game of chance.
