I’m an engineer-turned-strategy consultant who now coaches candidates to tell razor-sharp stories. After an MBA in Strategy from HEC Paris, I joined Management Masters, a boutique practice serving India and Japan, focused exclusively on the Top 25 global MBA programs.
Before admissions consulting, I spent 8+ years in global management consulting across tech, logistics, manufacturing, and consumer, so I know how schools evaluate impact, not just intent.
What I’m great at • Narrative craft for elite schools: turning messy, multi-country careers into crisp, memorable positioning. • Strategy for school selection: balancing ambition and risk so your list is bold and rational. • Interview prep that feels like sparring: direct, tailored, and reflective of each school’s ethos. • Career-aligned storytelling: linking pre-MBA trajectory to post-MBA goals with credible, recruiter-ready logic.
How I work (and why it works) I’m the consultant who asks “why?” five times. I typically spend 8–10 hours in 1:1 conversations per candidate to uncover inflection points you’ve overlooked. Most candidates end up saying, “I’d never looked at my journey from that lens.”
From there we build: structured thinking → clean drafts → punchy stories you actually believe in. I don’t write your essays; I make sure you can defend every line in an interview.
Outcomes (last 3 admission cycles): • ~100% of candidates received at least one interview at a target school • 2.3+ interviews on average • 1.75+ admits on average
Who I work with • Candidates targeting only the Top 25 programs • Annual capacity: ~20–25 clients (by design; I don’t plan to scale beyond this) • I’m selective about fit; if we’re not aligned, I’ll say so early
A little personality I’m equal parts coach and editor: I color-code drafts, set tough deadlines, and celebrate small wins. Most sessions are powered by chai or ramen, depending on whether I’m in India or Japan.
Why you shouldn’t work with me • You want an easy ride. I’m a taskmaster and will hold you to a high standard. You’ll likely work harder than you expected. • You want ghostwriting. That’s a hard no. My job is to help you own your story, not outsource it.
Management Masters is a truly “boutique” MBA admissions consulting firm. We are a small team of 3 consultants based across India and Japan. We work with a limited number of candidates each year, and are quite selective about our candidates. We have no plans to expand aggressively to dilute our personalized approach to admissions consulting.
Our candidates have received calls from almost all of the Top 25 MBA programs, with ~$2.5M in scholarships. With 150+ admits and 750+ profile evaluations under our belts, we have built a reputation for honest, supportive, and no-nonsense approach in guiding candidates towards their dream business schools.
We primarily offer three application packages for global MBA programs. All packages include 3 mock interview practice sessions complementarily (worth USD 600). 3-school package: USD 6,000 5-school package: USD 9,000 7-school package: USD 11,000
An hour-long profile evaluation is mandatory for all candidates looking to work with us on any of these packages. It costs USD 250/- and is adjustable towards the package costs.
Additionally, special discounts are available for women candidates.

I reached out to Aniket to work on my application with only 2 weeks to the deadline, and I’m so glad I did. Despite the tight timeline, he was extremely proactive and on top of everything, which made the whole process feel much more manageable.
He was very approachable and fun to work with and it genuinely felt like talking to a friend, which took a lot of the stress off. At the same time, he took the effort to really understand my story and what my strengths were and I never felt like I was being put into a template. He listened carefully, respected all my inputs, and made sure my voice came through.
He was also very honest in his feedback, which I appreciated, especially when making tough calls. Overall, an absolute delight to work with and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone going through the application process.
I got to know about Management Masters through a couple of friends who had great things to say about their commitment, work ethic, and the personalised attention they provide to their clients. And I am glad I chose to go ahead with them.
I personally worked with Aniket for my MBA applications, mainly for business schools in the UK & Europe region, and I truly believe he made all the difference! With his guidance and structured application process I got an acceptance from Cambridge Judge, one of my dream schools.
The best part was how well organised the entire journey was. Right from the beginning, we started brainstorming on different themes, that I revisited multiple times while writing my essays. He took the time to understand both my professional and personal journey, helping me highlight unique aspects that became key for my essays.
Aniket provided constructive feedback at every step that helped me articulate and present the strongest version of my story. The mock interviews, that I asked for on very short notices, too were extremely helpful and better prepared me for the actual day.
Moreover, this process gave me clarity on the professional path I aspire to pursue in the future. I highly recommend Aniket to anyone seeking structured and results-driven guidance for their MBA applications!
Because of Aniket, I got into my dream schools with scholarships! The ROI was amazing and it was a truly valuable experience even beyond the admits. Because their 8 step process was extensive and required very deep self-introspection, I’d say I feel way more confident and clear about my career direction and about who I am in general, after this process. Their process was very structured and Aniket was always available to review and give feedback for essays, brainstorm ideas, and to prepare for interviews. I’d have gotten on 15+ calls with him overall, went through 7+ drafts for each essay and he was patient, structured and would always push me to dig deeper. At one point, I was full of self-doubt, I felt dejected at how much effort the application process required and if I’d even get anything out of it, and he was really understanding. He motivated me and ensured I felt better and got out of the rut. The difference from my first draft to the final draft was night and day and I was genuinely impressed. He’s warm and friendly so it’s easy to work with him and you can be fully honest with him. He’s also very professional, direct and knows his stuff – the adcom even appreciated my essays during the interview and said, “the storytelling is great”. And I owe that to Aniket, for sure. He has a great sense of what really matters to the adcom and what they’re looking for, how to position experiences, what to prioritize, etc – so after a point I started blindly trusting everything he said and I’m glad I did. If you get a chance to work with him, just go for it without hesitation!
Me and my wife both got admits from IMD (combined scholarship of 55k CHF) and Erasmus School of Management, Rotterdam, through Aniket. Going with management masters – especially Aniket – is the best decision we made in our MBA journey.
We heard about them through several friends who got successful admits in schools like INSEAD and ISB – and in our initial research and profile evaluation, Aniket came across as absolutely clear-headed and razor-sharp in his approach. It was a no-brainer.
Right from the scratch – I was unclear about so many things. Their process is extremely thorough. You learn a lot about yourself. You get to know your strengths, weaknesses, and goals in a way you never would. With Aniket it’s like talking with a friend – even thought the overall MBA process can stress out people, Aniket is that grounding, soothing force that you can rely on for results. Right from literally charting my traits to career goals, he helps every step of the way.
I am completely sure that if i didn’t have Aniket I would not have cracked my admits. He keeps getting deeper into your own ideas and story. He unlocks new angles. He suggests how to go about things. All of this is very comprehensive, exhaustive, and logical. This is a very smart consultant who knows what he is doing.
Aniket – and management masters – are worth every penny. They are always available, and they are extremely thorough. Close your eyes and go ahead is what I would say.
I had an excellent experience working with Aniket from Management Masters, and I’m happy to share that I’ve secured my seat at ISB for the upcoming intake.
I chose Management Masters after a strong recommendation from a friend, but it was Aniket’s mentorship that truly made the difference.
The structured workshops he led were incredibly valuable in helping me identify what sets me apart and articulate my goals. His thoughtful questioning helped uncover experiences and insights I wouldn’t have arrived at on my own, which significantly strengthened my essays and behavioural responses.
Coming from a non-traditional MBA background with experience across corporate law and policy think tanks, I initially struggled to build a cohesive narrative. Aniket was exceptional at helping me connect the dots into a story that was both logical and authentic.
Management Master’s support during interview preparation was equally impactful. Through rigorous mock interviews with ISB alumni, I was exposed to a wide range of challenging questions. As a result, I walked into my actual interview feeling completely at ease and well-prepared.
Despite some delays on my end, Aniket was extremely accommodating and consistently went the extra mile to support me.
What truly sets him apart is his empathy and insight. Conversations with him were not just helpful for applications, but genuinely enriching. At times, it felt like having a mentor guiding me through both the process and moments of uncertainty.
If I had to describe the experience: he was like Master Oogway guiding Po (from Kung Fu Panda); he was calm, insightful, and always helping me find the answers within myself.
I truly believe my success is, in large part, thanks to his guidance, and I would highly recommend Aniket to anyone looking for a consultant who is both strategic and deeply invested in your journey.
I was a re-applicant. He was always very encouraging but also gave a lot of reality checks. I especially loved the workshops which we did even before starting the essays. All those workshops were truly introspective and made me think much more deeply about myself. He was always there to answer all my dumb questions and philosophical questions as well. Worth it!!
Aniket is one of the best people you could work with for your MBA applications. He took the time to really understand my background, aspirations, even doubts, and made sure he got my perspective before offering feedback. He is great at asking the right questions and then bringing together your experiences into a compelling narrative. With his guidance, I was able to articulate my story in a way that was clear, impactful, and still very much me.
The entire process was well-structured, with complete clarity on what we were tackling each day or week, and with clear objectives and milestones along the way.
Aniket strikes the perfect balance between being professional and also genuinely warm. He pushes you toward your goals while also supporting you with empathy, making the MBA application process less intimidating and more enjoyable!
I connected with Aniket because I was not able to communicate my story effectively. Aniket helped me connect the dots and portray my experiences in the best possible way. A few minutes into a conversation with Aniket, you can tell he’s a seasoned advisor for MBA admissions. He went to great lengths and details in our meetings to tailor my story for each application, and that paid off in my admit. He is also extremely punctual and replied to each of my annoying emails/comments within a day. You cannot go wrong with him!
Working with Aniket was a truly valuable experience. He helped me dig deep into my story, clarify my motivations, and connect my past experiences with my post-MBA goals in a clear and credible way. His approach is structured, personalised, and very focused on authenticity he pushes you to think, reflect, and refine until your narrative is strong.
I worked with Aniket to apply to European MBA programs, with a focus on Germany. Thanks to his guidance, I got admission with scholarships to the top two programs: Mannheim Business School and WHU.
From day one, Aniket made the process personal. Through multiple workshops, he helped me deeply understand and articulate my strengths, career story, and goals. When HEC Paris acknowledged my strong profile but flagged only my GMAT score (also offering a chance to resubmit!) it validated the quality of Aniket’s support.
With experience in consulting and at HEC Paris, Aniket’s approach blends strategic rigor with storytelling depth. Whenever I faced writer’s block or tight deadlines, he pushed me to dig deeper and stay authentic, refusing to accept anything less than my best. His responsiveness by text, call, or on short notice was invaluable. He provided honest, actionable feedback and ensured my writing consistently reflected my true voice across essays.
Just days before my interview, Aniket provided a focused prep session that gave me a highly representative experience of the real thing. He answered all my questions, showed me how to make my points impactful and memorable, and helped me truly understand the interviewer’s mindset.
If you want strong applications and meaningful self-discovery, Aniket is the consultant to work with! He brings structure, motivation (when you need it the most!), and genuine investment in your success.
Highly recommended!
What Made Aniket Stand Out: Aniket took the time to truly understand my story, background, and career goals before we even started on essays. He didn’t use a cookie-cutter approach – instead, he helped me identify unique angles in my experience that I hadn’t even considered highlighting. His questions pushed me to dig deeper and articulate my “why MBA” and “why Kellogg” in ways that felt authentic and compelling. He also acted more like a mentor than a consultant. Essay Development: The essay process was collaborative and iterative. Aniket provided detailed, constructive feedback on multiple drafts, helping me strike the right balance between professional accomplishments and personal insights. He has a great eye for storytelling and helped me cut through the jargon to communicate clearly and powerfully. Interview Preparation: His interview prep was thorough and practical. We did multiple mock interviews with his extensive network of B-school alumns, and he gave me specific feedback on my delivery, body language, and content. He also helped me prepare thoughtful questions to ask my interviewers, which made a real difference in my conversations. Overall Experience: Aniket was responsive, encouraging, and honest throughout the process. He celebrated wins with me and gave me realistic feedback when needed. He genuinely cared about my success, and it showed. If you’re looking for a consultant who combines strategic thinking with personalized attention, I highly recommend Aniket.
Working with Aniket was a genuinely stupendous experience. He is more a coach than a consultant.
If you’re someone who can devote time and effort and are willing to be coached, you simply cannot go wrong with him. He keeps prodding, again and again, until something concrete and truly authentic emerges in you and in your profile. He is transparent and direct with his feedback.
Over time, I ended up forming a deeper bond with him that continues to this day. Whenever I go to him for suggestions or feedback, he always comes through, and that level of commitment is rare to find in an MBA consultant.
