Consultant Bio

Carol was the Director of Admissions in New York for INSEAD and also worked in Admissions at Columbia University’s Graduate Business School. Subsequently, she worked in Columbia’s Office of Career Services, leading interview skills workshops for both First Year and Second Year students. She also conducts private mock-interview sessions for applicants to college, and to professional jobs. Carol is particularly skilled at helping clients find and develop bold topics which will differentiate them from other applicants. She uses her prior experience in Admissions to seek out those situations that will become excellent material in the essays. This, coupled with her understanding of applicants’ lives and stresses, gives her a comfortable, and comforting, point of view. Carol received her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. Carol has had incredible success across a very broad range of clients, hailing from all over the world applying to every top 20 school.
