Consultant Bio

Erin earned her MBA from the Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics (summa cum laude) from Wake Forest University. She received Wake Forest’s Prize in Economics for her honors thesis on wage gaps and demographics. Erin is a CFA Institute charterholder. In addition to her work as an MBA application adviser, Erin has worked in finance, holding both advisory and investor roles. Most recently she provided financial capital to private equity-backed companies in a variety of industries,leading all aspects of underwriting and transaction execution. In her previous investment banking experience, Erin advised middle market companies through mergers and acquisitions processes, focusing on the consumer products and food and beverage industries. Prior to business school, Erin worked in corporate development for a large financial institution, where she executed strategic projects related to the global financial crisis as part of a small team advising the company’s CFO. Outside of work, Erin is a leader in the Junior League of Chicago where she manages business aspects and fundraising initiatives for the organization.Erin is a former client of Stacy Blackman Consulting.
