Consultant Bio

As a former Bain & Co Consultant and Forté Scholar with a Yale SOM MBA, Erin has over 20 years of professional experience. Erin began her career consulting for clients across the healthcare, consumer products and finance industries at Bain. She then joined the marketing department at American Airlines (formerly US Airways) before returning to business school. As a brand marketer at Mars, Inc. Erin later guided top consumer brands including M&M’s and TWIX and still has a passion for helping clients enter the consumer products industry.

Since joining Personal MBA Coach in 2015 to run the company’s marketing and operations, Erin has worked behind the scenes developing Personal MBA Coach’s extensive knowledge base and comprehensive project management system. She also leads Personal MBA Coach’s talented team of editors and works with a limited number of clients each year.

Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colby College. She currently lives outside of Boston with her husband and two children and enjoys spending her weekends both coaching and cheering on her kids on the soccer field.
