“Chilean, Wharton MBA Grad Class of 2016 with 4 years of MBA admissions experience specialized in Latin American applicants. Ex-Apple, now management consulting back in South America.
Traveled with my whole family from Chile to Philadelphia back in 2014 (wife, daughter and our dog!) and then moved to the West Coast with a +1 (my son that was born in Philly!). Met Tim Cook, Dan Harris from 10% Happier, Stevie Wonder and WWE Superstar Triple H during my time at Apple.
LatinHumanCapital was founded to help more Spanish-speaking people to get into a prestigious MBA program in the USA or Europe. We are a small company wanting to give a personalized service (max. five applicants per consultant) with all the tips about moving to another country… because we did it!
We have a success fee structure loved by people who worked with us in the past. It’s a three-part structure: $1k for starting the engagement (just to cover the risk), $2k at submitting the last essay, and then if the client gets an offer letter from his or her Top1 choice, another $3k as a bonus. If it’s Top2, $2.5k, from Top3 onwards $2k. We think that this structure aligns all incentives and fix a problem that we faced when we hired admission consultants for our MBA application process.

If you are not leaving a review for a successful application season, that’s OK! We accept positive and negative reviews for: applicants only, rejections, and those who have been wait listed. It is MOST beneficial for your consultant if you are as thorough as possible in your review and with your personal verification details. If we cannot verify you, the review will not be published.

I applied the previous year but got dinged without an interview from Wharton and Stanford.
Javier was very helpful in helping me craft my story, research the school, and figure out my long-term goals. The most helpful was how he walked me through his own experience at Wharton and taught me how to network with current students. I was able to network with 3-20 students from each school.
I have applied to Stanford, Wharton, Booth, Haas, Kellogg, and MIT Sloan.
