Consultant Bio

Jeffrey has a passion for coaching and helping people achieve their career dreams. As an MBA student at Duke, he was involved with the admissions office both years by interviewing applicants as an Admissions Fellow and traveling with the Fuqua Admissions team for recruiting events across the country. One of his favorite activities at school was greeting prospective students, taking them to class and lunch, and providing his perspective on how to successfully apply to Fuqua.

Post MBA, Jeff spent two years as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, where he was also heavily involved with BCG recruiting in terms of evaluating applicant resumes, conducting mock interviews for candidates, and being on campus for dozens of live Round 1 interviews. After leaving BCG, he spent a year independently coaching students at leading business schools and undergraduate programs on how to successfully navigate top-tier consulting recruiting, before taking on a brand and marketing strategy role at Marriott corporate headquarters.

Jeff believes in a very candid, but supportive coaching style — let him help you understand how to navigate extremely selective admissions processes, by creating a customized strategy for how you can put your best foot forward in your essays, resume, and interviews.

Jeff also specializes in admissions consulting for graduates of lower-ranked undergraduate programs.
