I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Admitify team and Julia in particular for my INSEAD MBA application. The whole process was smooth, with significant efforts made by Julia to be accommodating in finding the best course of action for my specific requirements. Julia’s work on my essays was relevant and impactful. She took the time to layout the weaknesses of my essay from a structural and narrative point of view, guiding me into developing a stronger story that better reflected my experiences. Grammar and sentence tweaking was left as a footnote at the end of the process, as opposed to other consultants I’ve worked with who spent most of their time focusing on this, less relevant, aspect. Julia was extremely responsive and available throughout the process, consistently sending her feedback quickly and within the deadlines she set for herself. All in all, I feel satisfied with the quality of the service I received and would recommend working with Julia/Admitify to other MBA applicants.
Working with Julia and Paul’s Admitify team was a huge reason as to why I got accepted to my top choice program, Fuqua.
What sets Admitify aside from all the other competitors is their no-hassle, no-pressure approach to onboarding you as a client. As part of my due diligence, I contacted many of the large, well-marketed admissions consulting firms. The big names were nice, but I found the initial consultation off-putting. While my stats are generally considered average for top MBA programs, the big-name firms made me feel like I would be a failure without their help. Their pricing was also very do-or-die.
Admitify changed that. I purchased hours a la carte from Paul’s team and was paired up with Julia M, who was the perfect consultant for me. We determined that what I needed help with the most was the storytelling portion required for the essays.
Julia was always available for me and had quick turnaround times. We started with an in-depth questionnaire designed to help you think through your life and identify moments that would be worth writing about. We went through multiple iterations of my essays, resumes, and even LoR drafts that my recommenders had written for grammar edits. Julia never left me hanging and I never felt like I was being scammed. She always had useful, insightful changes to my drafts, and rather than telling me what to write, she helped me understand WHAT I needed to communicate and HOW to do it. This was essential.
Additionally, Julia went through multiple rounds of mock interviews to get me prepped for the schools I had applied to. Time was never an issue and I actually had a few hours left over after I got admitted to Duke!
All in all, I applied to 5 schools with Julia’s help. I had interview invites from 4 of them, and one still in the works, but my search for the MBA program is finally over now that I’ve gotten accepted into Fuqua!
If you’re confused about all the marketing and consultants, I’d encourage you to reach out to Paul and Julia at Admitify. They were an honest, open, and VERY helpful tool to help me get into my dream school.
Thanks, Admitify!
